Did the mail ask for account-info? You know, in order to investigate the suspected compromise.
Where is the authenticator now?
Who has access to the authenticator? Do they also have access to other account-info?

The email is from Blizzard itself and it is not scam. My account is really suspended since yesterday.
I can login to account management on Blizzard website. The account is not activated (no new payment is made!). I live alone, nobody else has access to the Authenticator! I assume that it is impossible to login and play without accessing the Authenticator!
So the funny question is how the hacker has managed to compromise the account without being able to play with the account :)
Any idea? Any similar experience?
How can you tell if you're account is suspended. If you have an inactive game account through the sites account management (ie. frozen, no payment subscription), how can you log into the game? When you log in, that's when you will get a message stating your account has been suspended/banned/etc. However, without an active subscription, you would not be able to do this.
I'll reiterate an earlier question, did the email you received from "Blizzard" ask for any account information? In any way/form?

You need to contact Blizzard by phone, nobody here is going to be able to help you very well.
I am betting that the email you got is not from Blizzard, the
from
address can be spoofed if that is what you are using to determine whether or not it is actually from Blizzard.
