Depends on what your goal at the end is. I've heard that Shaman healers are
the
raid healers so I would go with them.

My own signature aside, you present a very tough question.
So I'm going to completely cop-out and say that they're all borne equal.
Honestly, they each provide incredible raid buffs (Boomkins 5% spell crit, Shaman all-purpose totems, SPriest hit buff and hp/mana regen). I actually get a little excited when I group with any of these classes (shaman aside). They're all insanely useful in groups of all types.
On my server there seems to be a stark lack of Boomkins (and druids in general). Shadow Priests are also sadly lacking. However Shaman (moreso enhancement than elemental) are everywhere.
Assuming you're going to stay in the same guild, I'd just speak to them. Ask them if they have any preference. If you plan on flying solo or joining a new guild, your choice will have to be more of a personal one.

Me (moonkin), a spriest and an elem shaman are all generally in the top 5 dps in our raids (since latest patch for the shaman), so i'd say that it doesn't really matter. You might want to try for who needs the least outside buffs to perform well or who has more burst (if you're going to do solo/instances/...)

Go with Druid. You will get the most diversity out of the class and the Resto roll. I think it is one of the hardest healers to play as well since you have to manage upwards of 3 LB stacks on the different tanks along with Rejuv, Regrowth and using Wild Growth to raid heal if called on.
Boomkins have a simple but fun rotation and they can really pump out some big numbers with Starfire + Eclipse proc while under the effect of Heroism (1.4s Starfires critting for 16k ftw!).
Personally my main spec is Feral (Cat), which is one of the hardest DPS rotations in the game, aside from Affliction Locks and Mutilate Rogues, as well as the ability to Offtank some mobs and heroics.
My suggestion, go with the Druid. If you don't like the Druid make a Shaman. Chain Heal and Earth Shield are op (and really fun), Enhancement is leet for the melee, and the casters will love you for being Elemental. Elemental has gotten a buff in the recent patch (ours went up from about 3k dps -> 4.5k) and has a fun DPS rotation with Chain Lighting, Lava Burst and their shocks. Shadow Priests do bring Replenishment and 3% hit to your raid if you are lacking that. Elemental Shamans and Boomkins both bring 5% crit auras, while Druids have mana back on crit with their aura the Elemental Shaman has their totems. Druid's also bring more raid utility with Innervate and the only battle rez of its kind; Rebirth! However if you want the MOST DPS that you can bring to a raid, I would vote Ele Sham (total of 280 sp, and 8% crit along with 5% spell haste totems!).
About aggro, the biggest hog is definatly an Elemental Shaman (when they have loooadds of crit). Boomkins aren't Oomkins anymore (if you talent correctly at least, that being: 3/3 Intensity, 3/3 Dreamstate, and 2/3 Moonglow).
Edit: Don't know if I touched on this. Out of those 3 choices they all sit generally at the same place on the meters. Middle to low. Really shouldn't be above a Mage, Warrior, or Hunter.

Like, I think everyone here I get a little excited when either one of these shows up in my group. It just seems to make everyone a thousand times better which is why I am rolling 2 out of 3 of these and power leveling them Via Recruit a friend.
Go which ever one you want, and make sure you will like it all the way.

As a Tree healer i'm happiest when theres an ele shammie out of the classes you mentioned, so much so that i've rolled one myself and they are a load of fun to play, i'm actually lvling it ele and not the reccomended Enh as i personally believe you get to know the style better if you lvl it.
Elemental really doesn't take long to learn. :)
You'll have the rotation perfected in about twenty seconds. Seriously.
It's definitely
quicker
to level as enhancement, but if you're happy with what you're doing (which you seem to be), then all the best. :)
