You could shorten those like so:
/run p, f = PlaySoundFile, "Sound\\Creature\\BloodGuard\\"; p(f.."HELL_Bldgrd_Ready01.wav")
/cast Hunter's Mark
/in 1 /run p(f.."HELL_Bldgrd_Aim01.wav")
/cast Aimed Shot
/in 3 /run p(f.."HELL_Bldgrd_Fire01.wav")
Neat idea for a macro :).

Shortened by another 30 characters:
/run P,F=PlaySoundFile,"Sound\\Creature\\BloodGuard\\HELL_Bldgrd_"P(F.."Ready01.wav")
/cast Hunter's Mark
/in 1 /run P(F.."Aim01.wav")
/cast Aimed Shot
/in 3 /run P(F.."Fire01.wav")

Doh, I was doing .split("\\") in my head :|. LOL The very loose line semicolon rules in Lua always throw me off as well.

=)
Lua's simplicity can be a curse, I know.
I BOW DOWN BEFORE THE MACRO GODS *BOWS DOWN TO THE GROUND AND KEEPS PRESSING THE MACRO BUTTON :D*
...BUT you forgot the aimed shot :( it won't work like that maybe if you know a way do do it with a castsequence
Yeah you need a castsequence. Didn't even think of that.
/run P,F=PlaySoundFile,"Sound\\Creature\\BloodGuard\\HELL_Bldgrd_"P(F.."Ready01.wav")
/in 1 /run P(F.."Aim01.wav")
/in 3 /run P(F.."Fire01.wav")
/castsequence reset=combat/target Hunter's Mark, Aimed Shot

I've been thinking of using sounds to warn me when Tricks of the Trade is ready again.
I've been using a /t myself message which does give me a sound effect but I also use the addon WIM. Out-of-combat WIM will display a IM window. By using the sound file, I don't have to worry about closing a window after combat.
