Pet Aggro

Is it just me, or are pets holding aggro better since the patch? It seems like my cat is doing much better at keeping my targets at a good safe distance, without me having to use MD each and every time. It'd be just like Blizzard to make a change like this without documenting it. A while back, pets suddenly couldn't hold aggro, even if you let them build it for a while. 2-4 shots, and boom, you'd pull it off of 'em. Blizzard claimed they'd made no change, and then said they'd made a small change in the order of aggro-gaining procs, etc... but said it was all working as intended. Meanwhile, the hunters were pitching Kalimdor-sized fits about how even their boars, famous for being best at holding aggro, couldn't hold it any more. And Blizzard kept saying "Yep, it's working as intended."
But now, it feels like they've done something to how pets generate threat.
Or am I just crazy? (Not that there's any mutual exclusivity implied or required)

Growl's (and the Voidwalker avility) effectiveness were increased by 20%.
While I appreciate seeing a reason for what I think I'm seeing, I have to ask: Where is this information coming from? I don't see it in either the patch notes or in the undocumented changes page on WoWWiki.

Lyphen,
Was finally able to check out that link - thanks for posting it.
I *wasn't* crazy. They *did* make a change.
Ok, ok. I wasn't crazy about that particular topic, at least.
Leth, I'll double check that cower isn't on, though it doesn't seem to be. And you're right that lots of crits and a wild quiver proc or three can really pull threat off your pet fast.

I haven't seen the auto-cast bug since patch, so I've no idea what you're talking about.
You know exactly what he's talking about, you just don't agree with it. If you're going to chime in with useless chatter, at least make sure it's semantically correct. :P
