I was wondering how people who change specs regularly manage their UI requirements.
I'm currently DPS but want to be able to switch to heals with as little fuss as possible, once I've set it up for the first time.
At the moment I'm either going to have to tinker like crazy with the UI in-game each time I respec, or I'm going to have to create two interface folders the WoW game directory.
What method do guys think works best?

I'd hate to necro this thread, but better using search than opening a new thread I guess.
Anyway, I have the same issue. I can't seem to understand how to save profiles for different toons. Pitbull4 changes seem to affect all toons regardless of profile, but I also don't seem to understand how profiles work altogether. When I choose a profile (for instance: "Name - Server") it changes my UI, so I choose "Default" from the Copy From dropdown box since I was editing my UI on Default. But it doesn't change my UI to the look as such. When I change my profile back to "Default" (instead of "Name - Server") it goes back to how I want it with no problems. Also, when you change a profile, does it save automatically?
With all this confusion, I suppose Alundrei's suggestion of saving/copying/pasting different WTF/Interface folders is the easiest solution for now.
EDIT: eh, the switching of folders still causes some addons to resort to their default locations, which makes it just as frustrating.

Seriously, how do you save and load profiles?
I now have a problem with Bartender resetting to default. Changing the dropdown box selection doesn't seem to help, or I'm just doing something really wrong. Can anyone help?
