Before any one gets onto me for preaching, the topic asked us for out opinions about God and Heaven/Hell. Remember that please.
Now, God is not going to punish you for killing something in a game. But God
WILL
punish you for killing someone in real life. But if you believe that Jesus is real and that He lived, died to save us, and rose again the third day and accept Him into your heart, God will forgive you for your sins and you can go to Heaven and not Hell. "I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"
Second off, what if you go up to heaven, and God (lol) opens up his book and says, you have 38,353 counts of kills and will go to hell
God will not send you to Hell for the number of bad deeds you have done. And God will not let you into Heaven for the number of bad deeds you have done. You only go to Hell if you have not accepted God, and you only go to heaven if you
have
accepted God.
Third, he created a game for us to kill eachother,
Life is not a game and God didn't intend for us to kill one another. But when Adam and Eve disobeyed God then sin entered into the world, and murder is just one out of many sins. God never inteanded for us to have to kill
anything
man, plant, or animal to survive.
Now that I've said all that.
/flame on!

I don't have any trouble with this sort of discussion on my forum, but topics like this have a tendency to turn into flame wars real quick. Keep it clean. We're watching. :)
That having been said, the traditional Christian belief is that the entire system through which animals kill each-other for food came about as a result of the Fall. Not sure if I believe that myself, but that's the official explanation as far as I know.

Did god create nature too? Do all animals sin when they kill each other for food... -Do- we sin for killing for food?
There was supposed to never be any killing. In the beginning before Adam and Eve sinned the lion and lamb could sit side by side without fear from the other. I would not say that we sin when we kill animals for food. If we kill a cow so that a human won't starve to death then that isn't sinning. (I think, I'm not an ordained pastor and I'm not God, so obviously I may be wrong.) But if we kill a cow just so that we can get pleasure from killing, then that is a sin.
About animals sinning when they kill one another, I'm not really sure that animals
can
sin. They are unthinking beasts without a conscience to tell them what they are doing is wrong. A lion can't think to itself,
"Uh, oh. I just ate a human. I have sinned, so I should accept that Christ died for me."
Fiirst off, Christ died for humans and not animals. I'm not even sure if animals have souls . . . Second off, Animals can't think.
Hope that answers your question.
God didn't allow us to kill animals till after he engulfed the world in the Flood of Noah's day. He then allowed them to eat meat. And thus, animals killed each other for food too. Killing animals for food was a requirement by God. So no. We don't sin for killing for food. We DO sin for killing other humans. Why do you think God punished Cain for killing Abel?
Actually animals were being killed and eaten way before Noah's day.
That having been said, the traditional Christian belief is that the entire system through which animals kill each-other for food came about as a result of the Fall. Not sure if I believe that myself, but that's the official explanation as far as I know.
That is correct. Animals never killed each other until after Adam and Eve sinned.

Whats the difference from killing a animal or a human?
Humans can think animals only have instincts. Also, Jesus died to save Humans and not animals. Thereby raising us even above angels.

If god created everything....why did he create animals that can even destroy us?
Have you seen a dog smile or a cat glare? Animals have emotons too.... Dolphins have i think have just as big brains as we do...if not bigger...
If I die and somehow do go to heaven and become an angel... I don't want to look back at earth with all it's filth and be told that they are better then me... So the pious get shafted in the end... Knew it..
First, you won't become an angel when you go to Heaven, there are differences between angels and humans. Second, Animals have emotions but they can't think. If you pull really hard on a cat's tail it hiss at you and most likely claw you. But this is just a direct reaction to you pulling it's tail, it didn't really
think
about doing anything, it just acted.

Ok, I just hope after awhile you'll join our Christian ranks! If you have any questions, just ask me and I'll do my best to answer them. Just remember, I'm not God so I don't know how He thinks or why He does what He does and I don't have an answer to everything, but I'll do my best.

I was grown up a Catholic.... I know quite a bit myself.... thank you for the offer though....
Yeah, well . . . Catholics are weird. I mean, they pray to Mary and believe that she can answer their prayers. But the Bible says that
Jesus
is the way, the truth, and the life. Not Mary."I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"
Is it awful that I find animals more worth than humans? (I feel like alot got misspelled there).
I guess it's cause of all the bad things you see people doing. You hardly ever see a dog beat up another dog because it's oooooh so much fun.
I understand why you say that, but Humans are more important that animals and a Human life will always take precedence over an animals. If I had to choose between saving the life of a wounded animal and a serial murderer, I would choose the murderer, because by saving his life I would hope that I could talk to him and try to convince him that God loves him and to accept Christ. Even if he wouldn't listen to me, he would have to live with the fact that I saved his life out of the pure goodness of my heart, and maybe someone else could bring him to Christ.
We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, leading to edification.
