Hey, didn't find this anywhere, and since with the new patch they split the Raise Dead spell into 2 different ones, I thought, let's try to combine those, since I didn't have enough barspace.
I'm not 100% sure if this works all the time, but it did for me.
Might bug if one of the spells are on CD or smth. Haven't tried that yet.
Well sharing this anyway:
#showtooltip Raise Dead //put in whatever spell you want here really, or just remove
/cast Raise Ally
/cast Raise Dead
What it will do is to check if your target is friendly, then cast Raise Ally if true, else cast Raise Dead.
Might be able to change it into one line as well, not sure, well enjoy it anyway!

#showtooltip
/cast Raise Ally; Raise Dead
Indeed it can. Should work. :P

Better yet:#showtooltip
/use Raise Ally;Raise DeadWill raise mouseover target (provided they are dead and friendly), your target (provided...) or open the casting hand thingy if none of those are true, and you are holding alt.

Can u guys suggest modified version of this macro which would also say the name of the player which is raised as ghoul?

Even better since you insist on using use...
#showtooltip

That's a little trickier... I know we solved this issue a few weeks ago (announcing spell casts on mouseover)... I can't for the life of me find it now though.

It was one of those pseudo-ternaries with UnitExists("mouseover") in it, IIRC.
