Increases the critical strike chance of all nearby party members by 3%. Overlord's Command can also be used to break Charm, Fear, and Disorient effects on nearby party members.
(I think it would add a little bit of incentive to take a warrior into a late-rating 5s team, and would add a lot of viability to raids, like for example pairing 2 warriors in the MT break so one can break the MT's fear or something)
Unbalancing Strike
51pt Protection
15 Rage, 8 second cooldown, Instant
Inflicts damage (some base value) modified by your net mitigation (all mitigation ratings combined) rating. Reduces the target's defense rating by 120 for 3 seconds, causes a high amount of threat. Unbalancing strike can hit up to 3 targets in front of the warrior.

Launches 20 flaming shards at the target, doing 45-50 damage each. Each shard will then ricochet off the target, hitting a random enemy target within 10 yards for 15-20 damage. Channeled for 5 seconds.
Arms Warrior:
Aimed Strike
25 rage-----3 min. cooldown
1.5 second cast (like Slam)
Aims a strike on the enemy for 250% weapon damage. Damage is treated as a critical hit. Cannot miss or be dodged.
Fury Warrior:
Rage Burst
Instant
10 min. cooldown
Grants the warrior 100 rage.
Ret Paladin:
Ultimate Judgement (passive)
In addition to normal effects, your Judgement spell will also increase all damage done to that target by 2%. Stackable to 5 times. Lasts 15 seconds.

For Druids:
40-45 talent points:
"Nature's Haste" - Increases spell and melee haste rating by .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 * your level.
((This is to keep the Regrowth spamming tree druids spamming, and allow them to not worry about doing a hybrid balance bulid to get Nature's Grace to get .5 off every crit like in normal regrowth crit builds. At the same time, it allows for Dreamstate builds to be even MORE effective with this talent, allowing people to skip tree if wanted, and go with the classic touch skill.))
45-50 Resto:
"Elune's Favor" - Your Heal over time effects will now increase the player's stats by 1,2,3,4,5 percent while active, and your direct heals will increase their mana regeneration, energy regeneration, or rage generation by 2,4,6,8,10% for 4 seconds.
((Essentially, a raid necessity for a tree, but even a Dreamstate build would love it if they can dig for points. Essentially, as long as a heal over time is active, it gives a player more health, mana, regeneration, etc. But if you use healing touch or Regrowth, they gain extra mana, rage, or energy for two ticks (4 seconds), giving a small DPS or HPS boost from the peson you're healing.))
51 Restoration:
"Keeper of the Grove" - All healing spells costs are reduced by 10%. In addition, you have a 30% resistance to interupt effects as well as a passive mp5 equal to 5% of your current +Healing.
((The cream of the crop. Tell me who wouldn't want that? You rock 2k+ Healing in Hyjal right now, so by the time you're level 80, it'd be about the same there. 3% of your +Healing would be 60 extra Mp5 right there. I'm hoping for equal love to be put in the Priest, Pally, and Shaman trees for healing as well - This'd be a huge increase to not only efficiency from the first part, but also to the regeneration from the latter. This would let trees stack nothing but Spirit and not every worry, because they would gem with +Healing gems only, allowing them to get mp5 static from it. As for Dreamstate builds, it'd be a talent they wouldn't need, since they're going for the deeper Balance to get static mp5 from Int versus healing. Granted, they could also benefit from this talent, just giving them one more reason to stop digging through Balance... Something like this would actually make me stop digging halfway through the balance tree, too ;) ))

Jethroe, seriously kickass dude...
i love the shockwave ability awesome idea but honestly i think it would only be viable with a two handed mace, still kick ass though.
Axis Mundi, heh... i dont really see myself ever using that abilitynot when you have
collective fury available i can keep my 16 points in resto and still get a damn nice dmg boost.
Battle trace effect is f**kin sweet, nuff said!
Also your earth spirit's resolve, would definitely make OT a viable option with the right gear throw on a shield, have some damn good HP gear and Armor rating, with some dodge and block and yeah i could see a shaman OT a little more often.
I didnt really get into the resto tree though, just not a big fan of healing anymore
the elemental side though.. just as awesome
i dont play elemental anymore either but if i did i would definitely have to include some of those abilities.
