Hi, i haven't played my paladin ever since they got nerfed. I'm trying to find out if paladins at level 80 are good at dps and pvp! Please reply
So, basically, you're asking an extremely broad and generalized question whether Retribution Paladins are worth your time at 80.
Yep.

We only take 1 rogue because their dps is not good enough to include more than one.

Yeah, I'd believe 2400 and 2250 off those two. In fact, if they couldn't pull off those numbers I'd be very surprised.
Keep in mind, there are players that push out 3k+ DPS out there. 2400 really isnt all that overtly impressive anymore.
Usually hunters, at least from my experience.
Hunters then Mages, in most of my raids.

In raid, if i'm not pushing out around 3500+ (for boss fight) on my hunter i'm actually disappointed (and wondering what went wrong). We raid with 2 rogues and 3 BM hunters and that's basically our top 5 on most fights. There is also a boomkin who does incredible dps when he isn't healing (hard with people away on holidays at the moment). Unfortunately, I dont think I will be able to consider raiding with my ret pally for a while (yes he is lvl 80 also). With dps being important, the general feeling in my guild at the moment is that Ret Pally just doesn't seem viable. It doesn't have the ability to keep up with the other classes and as for AoE dps, it still falls way behind the hunters. Maybe with the upcoming changes to hunter dps i'll be able to make the switch, but for now he can perform his duty as a farm bot.

yes. they are good.
the only thing we need now is 25% healing reduction crusader strike
Vindication is our "healing debuff" (by removing 20% of the target's stamina).
Ret is fine in PvE and PvP. You don't top the damage done always, but you can do very well well helping out others (by giving them buffs and mana).

Whenever I do 5 mans with PUG rogues, they generally can't touch my dps. Don't know why this is, whether its because rogues in general aren't very good, or if they didn't scale well to 80. In my opinion rogues are bad dps compare to ret and DKs.
Rogues are the dps kings, they should out-dps rets with no problems, if they can't then they are crap at rogues.
