Ner'zhul does not exist. The Lich King posseses his knowledge and powers.
Arthas Menethil does not exist. The Lich King posseses his knowledge and powers.
The Lich King exists. He does not have a name. He does not have a history prior to the merging of Arthas and Ner'zhul.

His beginning was with the merging of Arthas and Ner'zhul. Imagine he is their baby. The 2... men... came together and made him =P

I think we will find out when we find out and getting excited about which bosses we will and will not fight will just create disappointment when/if those bosses aren't included.
just my 2c.

Well, I won't really get disappointed... I'll just get #$%^ed off at Blizz <_< These are all good ideas (Except for the Yogg-Saron, sorry man...) and it's be gay if Blizz didn't add 'em in.
Wait... is that disappointment? xD

Another possible boss could be Muradin Bronzebeard. After all once he regains his memory he decides to go after Arthas in order to make him answer for his crimes. And yes he went off alone so it's a good possiblity he was defeated. Plus It would be an amazing fight, A mountain king. They don't have that anywhere else.

Yah, in WC3 there was the Mountain King.
And he would've totally slaughtered Arthas. It's Muradin, he's 1337.
Naw, I think Muradin (Yorg) should appear when/if you defeat Arthas, and then have like a little ending, then he either kills him or Arthas stabs himself.

6.- Malganis
Malganis is dead and he hated Lich King when he lived.
Try saying that again once you have completed all the quests in the Onslaught Harbour area in Icecrown. ;)
But yeah, he is against the Lich King since the Legion's failed invasion at Mt. Hyjal.

Barley brings up a good point, throughout all of Icecrown the vrykul are trying to join the ranks of the Lich King's elite guard. We have yet to see that guard. I imagine their presence will be felt in the Citadel.
Meh... maybe we'll fight some desperate piece o' crap that won't even be hard. Who knows?
