You want DPS eh? DPS.. Alright.
My Feral Druid kicks any Enhancement-shaman out of the water.
But a good Elemental Shaman nukes my Feral Druid away.
Now. If you're after massive DPS just for yourself, go Elemental Shaman or Feral Druid.
If you're after helping the raid, go Feral Druid or Enhancement Shaman. Why? Enhancement Shamans got wicked Melee-buffs (totems and such), and it is one of my biggest "dreams" to DPS beside an Enhancement Shaman.

if you're in this for pvp, your best bet is elem sham
high caster dps, large mana pool to heal when needed, various totems, a 6 second cooldown interrupt, and you wear mail
as Nabteravl said, feral druids are horrible in arena. we can't stunlock like a rogue, our bear form is equivalent to a warrior in def stance, we can't cyclone in feral forms, low mana pool to spot heal, and the list goes on
though if you prefer melee, a 2H enh shammy is actually not bad
windfury allows for high burst dmg along with almost everything that the elem shaman brings, except the large mana pool. and again, earth shock is a great interrupt.
though out of all 3 of your classes....shaman, druid, and pally. resto druids are actually the most preferred healer in arenas because of most of your heals are instacast making yourself very hard to lock down, your ability to cyclone, your immunity to sheep, among other things.

I think it really comes down to what type of player you want to be. Shammies can reel in a bit more DPS than a druid but have less versatility to them. A well seasoned druid will be able to heal in ANY spec (wearing the appropriate gear ofcourse) where a shammy will lack in the department.
It really all comes down to what you want out of your toon. Druids make the best tanks for high-threat ceiling fights, because they can simply put out more than warriors or paladins can.
