A healer is needed, but something like the Engineer in Warhammer would be cool. Set up turrets, siege weapons, !@#$y traps, etc.

Rune Masters, we see them in-game all over northrend, especially vrykul areas. They even have their spells, make them good healers to have more options in the heals department, now that dks have helped with the tanks shortage.

I would like to see another healing class. Perhaps a healer that uses "devices" rather than spells. A more mechanical class. Aka creating a healing version of a repair bot that emits a healing wave or the use of a healing gun as in "TF:2" Another ability they could have would be to repair armor. For offensive situations perhaps a gun which uses various types of amo. The amo being the spell so to speak. So you could have a "silence" "damage" "aoe" hell even a "heal cannon" that fires out a bomb that aoe heals.
Obviously this would fit in with a "goblin" type character who are already know for their engineering abilities. A Goblin Medic.
The biggest problem that Blizzard faces though is "lore" its almost mad a rod for its own back. Although this type of would fit in with the future "Undermines" expansion....the home the Goblins.

Maybe not a rune master but a similar class called a Geomancer they are in the Lore of warcraft and they make runes and perform rituals and dances to cast their spells much like the shaman but more defensive based

A Brewmaster trained by the Ogres of Ogri'la would be very amusing in concept. Imagine a Combat DPS/Healer who needs to be drinking in order to get effects. The stronger the alcohol the more soused you get and the more foggy the screen becomes. The bar could be the level of how inebriated you are with a zero being cold sober. You should wade into combat with fist weapons and belch out clouds of effects. A healing cloud, a haste cloud and a debuff cloud of mischance. It would get M.A.D.D upset.

We could take the Timbermaw and you get to choose which side you want to build faction. This Elder Timbermaw would be a healer class with some combat ability. No alternate forms, no totems and either leather or chain armor. Slow HtH damage so 2H weapons, no dual wielding , far fewer ranged spells then Druid or Shaman. Talent trees being Healing, Combat and Spirit/Nature. Have them have a buff that improves Spirit and the rate that a toon regains health even during combat. Also let them get a variety of "nature's blessings" like strength and agility but only be able to call upon one blessing at a time and each blessing have a separate cool down of five to ten minutes. Needs a lot more creativity to give it enough difference from other classes.

I like the idea of the runemaster. It's a melee class that acts as support and dps, much like a shaman. Also if you didn't know a runemaster is pretty much like a monk. A cool thing about the runemaster though is that pretty much any race of the Horde or Alliance can become one making it easier from a lore point of view.
Also tinkerer is a great idea and a good way of bringing goblins into the Horde(Allies get gnomes).
Also a ranger as several previous posters put would be good but that class is pretty much taken up only by elves, so rename it as scout, which any race can take up.
And also another cool class i'd like to see would be a shadow mage(rename it to something cooler though). It would be like a warlock mixed with a priest, but no pet, no fire, no holy magic, a even mix of dots and DD spells, and a good amount of cc. Also add in several rogue like abilities not to focus on melee but on stealth like abilities to help escape from fights as well as pick them. They'd be a support class that would focus on actual debuffing(looking at warlocks and their curse of elements) as well as good survivability.
