My "moment" is right before I'm about to die in any BG, then I pop a NSHT+Rejuv/Swiftmend and am back to 100% and travel form away, just to come back and heal my DPS.

My moment isn't exactly great, but I get a kick out of it every single time. Ahn'kahet, the last boss. No one can ever kill the shadows because of my shadow healing every shadow. It's bad enough that I've been removed from groups because people are incapable of killing the tree shadow, especially when there is anything else in the group with a heal button (IE; shadow priest, enhance shaman, etc etc) that can off-heal the shadows.
Last time I was in there, heroic of course, I was on vent with the group. I'd ran over and over with many other instances with them. But after a couple attempts, the tank told everyone to hush on vent. Got my attention, and said:
"You're damned unkillable you son of a b****."
That's when I knew druid was truly my class. n.n

One of the moments i really liked was when i ran heroic Gundrak... the party was composed of:
1 bear druid tank (me)
1 cat druid dps
2 moonkin druid dps
1 tree druid healer
We didnt have a very good equipment either. Some crafted gear, a few heroic drops, and a good measure of pre-80 blue quest reward gear. After the first boss, one of the moonkins got disconnected, and didnt come back. We four-manned the instance without any wipes anyway.
Why does anyone play anything else BUT druids?

i have just recently appreciated the druid. 3 weeks ago I hit 80, leveld 70-80 as moonkin soloed the whole way from jump. at 80 went resto. My first run through heroic nexus. my first dungeon ever as a healer. I was nervous, worried i would screw up. I did. I let our tank die on 1st boss. got all messed up trying to use new add-on. Time for redemption. Lucky for me we had a pally in group. I quick jumped into bear form and called the pally out to be able to heal me. shammy and hunter took dps. the boss jumped between me and hunter's pet on aggro. It was awesome one second I am healing next I am tanking. I almost died but since we had him down around 30% it wasnt too bad. Next day we did nerub, we lost a dps to disconnect during fight with string mob in first boss fight. I healed all the way up to boss, innervated and started to dps in between HOTs it was awesome. It was in those 2 fights I realized the importance of a druid in a group. The versatility, the power, the ability to make or break a group. It gives me goosebumps!

My favorite moment was during a fight with the Curator a while back ago in Karazhan. During the evocation everyone popped all of their cooldowns, including heroism, drums of battle, haste potions, moonkin trees, and a few others. I had a streak of dumb luck and litterally all of my starfires were crits and with Natures Grace my casting on starfire (again with a #$%^ ton of haste effects stacked up) around 1.4 seconds no joke. That was probably the most dps I ever pulled out of my ass even now being lvl 80.

Probably sound stupid to most, and my lil druid isnt 80 (nor anywhere near, 47 atm but working on it) so I don't have raid awesomeness of my own to tell about, for me it was the first time I entered warsong gulch on my druid. Before that I wasnt much of a fan of pvp, definitely not on my then main holy paladin, not really on my hunter-though much more fun than the pally (this was pre-3.0 and again...holy lol) but I was bored and goofing on a little druid alt I'd had a long time but never really messed with...it was AWESOME. No getting slapped by enemies to and from flag or trying to defend and just finding it boring. Stealth to flag, snag it, run shift heal run shift so exhilirating with piles of enemies on my tail just not quite able to reach me! I capped all 3 flags that game sans heals other than my own, had so much fun I queued right back up. Loved her ever since :)
