Mmm... i think palys r the easyer Healing class... i mean come on... only 3 types of heals... u already passed out the buffs... ur basically only other commitment besides checkig the beacon of light every min and the judgement every 20 secs ( i dont really care bout clicking the judgement every 20 secs but for every min is a MUST for the 15% haste :D) .... NOTHING :O lol and if u catch aggro.... looks lik eur gonna be tanking ur self for a while till tank gains back aggro... thro on a HoS (hand of Salvation) to help him out a lil or if he is a squishy tank a nice Hand of sacrifice can help as well...hurts u.. but o well u must make a sacrifice sum where

I'm kinda happy.
I think paladins have the best burst heals in the game... im probably undergeared to all you guys but I holy shock crit for around 4k, and when that happens theres a 5.5k (non-crit) HL right behind it. Thats almot 10k in what, 1-2 seconds? With a beacon on another tank, theres 20k possible healing. The fact that we can force a crit (divine favor) gives us the burst when we need it.
Divine Plea is like WTF.
We offer solid never-ending heals to everyone, with the ability to save the raid. What more could a healer want?

I always used to say that Holy Paladins were the Classic Nintendo of Healers: A Simple Directional Pad and two buttons A (FoL) and B (HL). Lucky for me, I saw the way of my error and can now heal for 2200+ HPS as a Flashadin (lol, yeah I did just make that up).

I don't know about you guys but I would prefer the Beacon to be an Aoe instead of their current stage. In addition, I find healing quite enjoying. Although we have 2 heals, we also can provide debuffs as well with our cleanse. I don't find healing boring since I can be more versatile now with all the arsenal I have. You can help consecrate, judge, do melee damage, even shock the target when raiding. In addition, you have to keep a monitor of all your cd. In all, it's not just spamming FoL or HL but provide other function that you can to help the raid survive. Healer in plate = rock solid survivability.
When raiding you should never be so careless with your mana as to Holy Shock the Boss. You should reserve it as a mini-O'Shift button or to increase your HPS on your Beacon target by utilizing it on Raid healing. FoL + Shock = fantastic and quick combo that can do fantastic amounts of healing in an extremely short cast-time.

I'm definitely happy with the changes. Some things could still use a bit of work, I think, but I am really enjoying the Beacon of Light and upgraded Holy Shock. I think that the Divine Plea and Sacred Shied spells will help add some additional variety and will be fun to use as well.
Divine Plea is a awesome "just in Case" ability for a holy paly...as we never run out of mana anyway :D, but for those just in case battles that u cant enter the battlefield to regen ur mana with seal of wiz... its awesome even with the -20% heals... cuz u can use avenging wrath to negate that 20% :D

In the few instances I've run.. i've tried to pop plea as soon as soon as mana drops to about 75% ... if the boss is not stomping on the tank currently.
Quoted, i'm doing the same, using it on every cd (my flash heals hits for 1.6k instead of 2k, but that's pretty much unnoticeable) and also Arcane Torment (yes, belfs are op :P )
stupid glyph makes my flash heals go to 1k only :/
