i am far behind the cap, like 300, beacause i was combat sword, so my gear is not optimal for muti, and i dont want to re-socket all the gear. my armory anyway is in my sig, feel free to watch it.
i'll respec, then ill test and see the increase in dps.

I meant the soft-cap, where your yellow attacks and poisons never miss, not the hard cap.

if im not wrong it should be 177 right? so should i go for more offensive stat ignoring the white-attack miss?

It was my miscalculation on the hit caps, it has since been updated through someone who knows what they're talking about =P

Ive been both combat swords and combat maces since the xpac and i find combat maces 5-10% better. The reason for this is the 15% chance to ignore armour. I've checked this on the dps dummies in the major cities and in kara + za. I just wanted to know what other people have found.

I'm just wondering how big of a difference there is between putting 2/2 in Elusiveness versus me putting 2/2 in Camouflage for the Mutilate PVP build. Will I notice significant performance in putting the two points in one talent or the other?

I tried stacking 2/2 endurance with glyph of sprint so that I'd have imp. sprint on a 1 min timer. It didn't work for me. It says 1.75 min cooldown. Huh? So it stacked "some" but not all the way? I'd like to hear if this happened to anyone else, and if it's a bug, etc. Thanks.
Bug.
It will be changed though.
Glyph of Sprint - Increases the movement speed of your Sprint ability by an additional 30%, but reduces the duration by -5.0 sec.

So how useful is Hit rating now? I have close to the hardcap, should i try replacing it?
It's less useful than it was before, but I wouldn't regem/enchant now. Not worth the money considering your gear will be obsolete soon.

6.a Mutilate Myths and Realities
The difference between a fast off hand and a slow off hand is negligible. Do not pass on an upgrade because its not the right speed.
Having a fast main hand dagger is actually BETTER. With the changes to poisons along with Focused Attacks, its worth taking the hit on your Mutilate damage to gain from the other two.
Edge of Oppression
is currently one of the best daggers in the game for your main hand choice...get one. (PvE ONLY)

im 2 badges off from a offhand dagger from badges and im already got the Edge of Oppression
wich one would you advise to take for the offhand ? the 1.5 speed or the 1.8 ?
I would pick up the 1.5 speed. I love using 2 fast dags over 1 fast-1 Slow or 2 slow.
