CS > KS > Dismantle > Evasion and CoS > Dead Retridin. Och throw Mutilate/SS/Hemo in there for DPbuilders.
If Pally goes chickenmode and bubbles, Vanish and Sprint (Sprint due to Vanish being, well, in lack of better words - Crap! :D )

So, when when another class has an ability that can mitigate your own defensive abilility, it is retarted? How about spellsteal, and locking out a particular school of magic? Are those retarded too? I could also say that having multiple stuns is retarded, considering most classes have only one means of countering this (trinket). Having a shadowstep spec'd rogue catch up to and stun another MOUNTED player is also retarded, but I will stop there.
The difference being that those things have a
cooldown
, holy spells can
never
be resisted =\
I think that there should be some trade off, if they can never be resisted then they shouldn't be doing as much damage as other classes that can be resisted. That's just my opinion, it's a balancing issue which I fully trust Blizzard to rectify.

I don't really have that hard of a time as long as (1) of (2) things happens: 1. I'm able to keep him stunned. 2. I have my trinket up when he uses Hammer of Justice...
As a Mutilate Rogue, I have been using this, and it's been working very well.
CS > Mut > KS > Mut > Mut > Dismantle > Evasion > Ghostly Strike > Mut > Rupture
I've seen rogues pop dismantle and evasion at the same time, which makes me want to slap them in the face. Normally by the time my Evasion / Ghostly Strike wear off, the pally will be close do dead. This has worked for me in BG's, Duels, and Arenas Post-3.0.
In Battlegrounds I always use DP on my MH, and Wound on my OH. To be honest, when it's a fair fight I haven't really lost recently. I know some of you rogues may not agree, but I actually feel extremely powerful. Speccing Assassination and having your poisons scale with AP, and being able to Mut from any direction is amazing.
I figured Mut would be amazing for targets with high armor (because of the improvement to poison damage), but that I would struggle against something like a Frost Mage... I'm used to playing Sub and relying on Prep as a crutch to be lazy and dependent on a barrage of CD's. I have managed myself against kiting classes, and can keep myself from being kited easily without relying on a bunch of CD's...
imo... Assassination > Combat / Sub
