Personally, I think the spread in tier 1 of Prot isn't correct. Divine Strength isn't really being put to any use in your build; you're not increasing your spellpower by having more AP
, and your damage really isn't going to be from your weapon. On the flipside, many Paladins that I know use BoK for Arenas for the additional stats; without talenting it out fully you're "fifthing" its effectiveness.
I'd also personally dump the point from Toughness into Improved Righteous Fury; the 6% damage reduction adds up in PvP, and outweighs the minor increase in armor (although the movement impairment reduction is nice, you do still have Hand of Freedom).
Last - and I think this is probably a matter of opinion - I would chop Judgements of the Pure down by 2 points and max out Enlightened Judgements; you're still getting some of the haste increase but you've also trebled your Judgement range.

xaratherus covered it pretty well, I'd prefer getting the EJudgements from HGuidance instead though lol.

Yup, looks fine to me. As Blade said, where you get the points for EJ is really personal preference. If you're going for a typical +heal/crit build then you'd probably keep HG full; if you're stacking haste gear then stealing the points from HG and keeping JotP would probably be the better choice.
I'd like to QQ once more for the death of the Sheathadin, btw :( Although I
am
going to try a Ret/Holy spec for Arena and see how well I can keep heals going. Maybe something like
this
?

I'm doing this at a 70 level...
1% haste = ~16 itemization at level 70, ~16 itemization = ~19+ spell power
4% int as healing = ~480 int to get the same amount of + healing
So yes, in terms of itemization values, HG, is prolly better... I suppose...
