I would have stuck to my original instincts of rolling an Orc Hunter.
I would not have gone Alliance.
I would never have gone to a PvP realm.
I would never have tried to roll Spacegoat Shaman AFTER their glory days and wasting all the time leveling it on a PvP realm.
I would have had much more success making Gold when I started.
I would have found a decent guild and actually enjoyed BC (probably).
I would not have rolled the 'Hero' class because I'd know it'd be nerfed to hell.

Well, obviously I wouldn't have been a total noob who:
didn't know how to use a profession after learning it
wasted money buying equipment from Vendors
tried to wear every kind of gear to make all my stats equal (I was a Druid)
didn't know how to do emotes, or type in General/Trade chat
spread talents all over my trees
had no idea how to make money for mounts, etc.
joined a guild in the Barrens where I met a suicidal guy who cut himself (D=)
Etc.
Of course I was 15 back then, could you blame me? =P
Luckily, I have no regrets rolling a Tauren Druid and starting Horde.

Why are people all saying they would roll Horde? I've had a great time as Alliance, to be honest.( I guess it's the people I hang around with) But, I am one of those weird people who try something because they like the potential they see in it.
One big thing I would do, is not Dual Wield as an Arms Warrior.
Also, Not farm AV to get
The Claymore
only to switch to prot when my Talent points were reimbursed back in the WotLK Content Pre-patch.
However, I was able to get my
Strider
because of this, so it wasn't a total waste.

I wish I had not chosen a alliance dominated server..although I'm very happy that I chose horde.
also I had not lvled warrior first but hunter so that I would know the game much faster.

I would not have been a n00b and tried to solo up to 60 as resto.
Yes, I did this on my druid. Until BC came out, I was 50, and TP were reimbursed. Then I respecced Balance and I was "OMFG <3 <3 <3".

If I could go back to the start I definitely would pick a FEMALE tauren as my hunter... >.< my guy is so big he completely blocks the view when he's in a narrow doorway lol

I wouldn't have rolled on Shandris.

I would NOT have leveled as a resto Druid till 64.
Oh dear god that was slow.
On the plus side, I'm a great healer :)
so maybe i wouldn't have changed it. Who knows.

People hate Desolace because, for a place that's supposed to be...you know....desolate, it's absolutely packed with mobs. It's impossible to fight anything anywhere in that zone without at least one or two other mobs wandering over and jumping in.
Also, the place looks terrible. You do as much running around as you did in the Barrens, except that there's no scenery whatsoever. It's just hills of gray, gray, and more gray, with an occasional bone sticking out.

I'd burn the game and bang my head against a wall to forget I ever saw it (:

I would had created a paladin instead of a warrior, and made it tank. I really enjoy tanking but I did the mistake to go DPS at my DK and it takes some time to switch specc.
