Proof-read my 29 shopping list?

Hey y'all, I think I've got a pretty good shopping list for a 29 twink hunter, but I just wanted to make sure I'm thinking properly. I'm not prioritizing stamina over everything (as I believe other stats are important as well, hell I had a 29 hunter with only 948 health that did just fine), but rather focusing on all his stats. I've also got a friend funding mine and his twinks, and he wants us to have the best gear possible (he's very well funded and I've let him know I'm taking advantage of it). So without further audieux (I know I spelt that wrong):
Helm: Pathfinder Hat of the Monkey with Lesser Arcanum of Constitution
Neck: Scout's Medallion
Shoulder: Mantle of Thieves
Back: Parachute Cloak with Greater Agility (or would assault be better?)
Chest: Raptor Hunter Tunic with Exceptional Stats
Wrist: Emissary Cuffs of the Monkey with Superior Stamina
Gloves: Razzeric's Racing Grips with Superior Agility
Waist: Defiler's Chain Girdle
Legs: Petrolspill Leggings with Nethercleft Leg Armor
Feet: Defiler's Chain Greaves with Greater Agility
Rings: Charged Gear of the Monkey (x2)
Trinket1: Insignia of the Horde
Trinket2: Defiler's Talisman (or would Rune of Duty be better?)
Main Hand: Scout's Blade with Agility
Off-Hand: Thornspike with Agility
Ranged: Master Hunter's Bow with Sniper Scope
So I've asked a few questions above, but is there any pieces that I'm missing that would be better, or any enchants that would be better?
Some notes are: I know I should have a run speed enchant on my boots, but that's stock on the defiler's boots, and I believe DT and IotH are better than the AGM at this bracket.
Other than that, any proofreading of my desired gear set would be much appreciated, both by me and by my friend.

Gallan Cuffs + stats should be better
The Butcher "may" be better than Thornspike

I wasn't planning on using cloth, but on a bracer that's not a lot of armor lost (26 armor, which shouldn't make too much of a difference). And yes, the butcher is better than thornspike. Not a whole lot, though, but enough.
Too bad, the only piece of gear I've got so far is the thornspike lol.
EDIT: I'm also changing all the "monkey" gear on my shopping list to "falcon." Making the changes you suggested and these will increase our mana pool from ~1k to 1.5k, while only dropping our health from just under 2.3k to just over 2k. The main reason I was avoiding intellect was that the AotV (which will be req level 20 in the expansion, which is less than 2 months away) was based on damage, but now it's based on maximum mana.

Very good point, didn't notice that. Maybe I will pick up some falcon too

Actually I'm wondering if it might even be better to enchant 22 intellect on weapons over 15 agility. Compare a monkey set with agility vs. a falcon set with intellect, and you'd end up losing maybe 30 AP and 1.8% crit (total about 6% of your DPS) and 310 health, but you'd pick up 1200 mana (effectively going from 1k to 2.2k mana pool). Health would still hover around 2k (depending on race, orcs will be slightly under while taurens slightly over) but you would be able to kite virtually endlessly. The cut in DPS may make a difference in shorter fights, but in longer fights it would be a huge benefit to not go OOM.
Just comparing the weapon enchants, it's 1.8% crit and 30 AP for 660 mana, which isn't a bad trade-off if you ask me.
