no cookie cutter yet that i know of, but what you got is close to what i'm gonna try.
i'll max out incite though instead of warbringer and improved disciplines. and i'm trying to find a way to pick up improved spell reflect.

It's still the norm as far as I can tell. Although people who want Justified killing in their final tank build might not be able to get 5/5 Cruelty

I'm planning on going something like

at 80. Of course that's in no way solid at the moment.
I personally think Warbringer is fairly important because it makes it so you can actually charge things that are higher level than you (because they aggro so damn early) and it's basically a free intercept with a shorter cooldown.
I didn't take Improved Sunder because it seems that Devastate will be slightly less prevalent now, but I'll probably end up changing my mind later.
Impale just because I want to see big thunder claps. :)
The new first tier fury talent seems fairly amazing as well. Given the changes to block value (2 str = 1 block value) and the ridiculous amount of armor a level 70 warrior has in tanking gear, Armored to the Teeth seems to be a fantastic talent.

hmm, big changes today in the tree. as much as i love AM, i don't think i'll go past 5/5 deflection now. armed to the teeth looks awesome, so i'm thinking of 5/8/58 in some fasion at 80.
i'm really sad to lose the cooldown reduction of spell reflect. warbringer just got important because of the movement impairing deal getting changed. and i'm still not sure about vigilance - have to wait and see on that one.

I'm thinking the same way. I've debating between the improved charge (since I'm getting warbringer) in arms, or picking up reflect or revenge in prot. So either a 5/8/58 or a 7/8/56. Seems silly to have warbringer and not spend the 2 points...
As for where you are starting in the build you linked; I'll probably pick up cruelty first and fill in the deflection talent later. I'm going to be pretty overgeared for the first several levels, so I'd rather have the extra 5% crit than the 5% parry. Otherwise I'm going exactly the same way you are. Spamming devastates and getting free shield slams is awesome right now in the beta. In my level 70 gear, my damage shield is doing 100 damage every time I'm hit, and it has the possibility of critting for 200.
