There's a whole thread about this if you search, cause I read it a few weeks ago. Anyway, there's a few different ways you could go about two boxing. One is you could run two instances of WoW on the same computer and use two monitors side by side. Drag one wow to the other monitor which allows usage of the mouse in both screens and voila, you've got yourself a two box. Another way, which I think would be much harder is to actually have two computers side by side both running an instance of WoW. I'm sure there is someway you can set a program up to recognize your keystrokes and implement them onto the other computer, so both chars are going to do the same exact thing at the same time. I.E. - Cast Earth Shock. Boom, two shamans hit you with ES at the same time.

ok I tried running both accounts at the same time while windowed. I also tried an addon for multi-boxing but was fairly useless. Its good for lvling but could not imagine running a BG or arena.
