Yeah. Regrowth and Nourish is going to be such fun, especially with the haste gear.
Here's a possible lvl 80 Healer build with all this is mind:

Notice you can get
Nature's Grace
with very little sacrifice. Next cast after an
improved Regrowth
will very often be 0.5 sec shorter. This build also has pretty much all the mana cost saving talents possible (
tree
,
imp tree
,
Moonglow
and
Gift of the Earthmother
) so it should be sustainable.
Druids are going to be able to turn out some awesome HPS :-)

I'm not Resto, so speaking a little out of turn, but everything I have read on healing said that critting is not especially useful or desirable, as it simply ends up as overhealing.

I've just noticed the tooltips for Nature's Splendor ranks go:

Is it supposed to be 1 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec? would make more sense tbh...
