I think that 1300 attack power and 20% crit is just fine for a BM hunter starting Kara but I'd expect you to be able to hit at least the 6% hit chance you need to be capped against a level 72 at the same time. I think my hunter started slightly below your attack power and crit chance but I was sitting above 6% hit normally and could swap gear to reach 9% for boss fights which means I was dealing significantly more damage than you'll be able to in your current gear.
PvP gear is a popular way to start raiding but only because many players can get significantly higher level pvp gear than they have pve gear. Your
Stalker's Chain Battlegear
is the same item level(115) as normal mode instance drops like the
Beast Lord Armor
set. That means it has a similar number of stats in total but wastes many of them on stamina and resilience which won't help you in a raid. Now season 2 rewards are item level 136 which gives them sufficiently more stats to be useful despite being tailored toward pvp but for equal level gear you really want pve items for pve and pvp items for pvp.
leth's comment on your spec is also correct if you want to optimize your talents for dealing damage while in a group but the difference is not so great that I would respec if your current choices work better for you most of the time.
Regardless of what you can or can not improve before the raid you should still go if you can. All the gear in the game won't do you much good until you've seen the instance once or twice and understand both the encounter's and your group's tactics well enough to begin focusing on dealing as much damage as possible.
Good luck.

Well, 142 is the roof and thats for a 73, yes? So I should shoot for about 95?
Right 95 hit rating will give you a 6% hit chance, enough to always hit any trash mob in Karazhan (they range from level 69 to 72). I think that's a good goal to aim for using only quest/crafted/normal instance gear and you can get there without giving up too many damage stats.
I'm not suggesting a +6% hit chance because it is particularly important to not miss trash mobs but rather because the resulting 3% miss chance against bosses means you'll be dealing significantly more damage than your current ~8% miss chance. I also know it's possible using a similar level of gear to what you have now and it has the incidental benefit of maximizing your damage against level 72 targets both Kara trash and everything you'll find in a normal or heroic 5 player instance.
As for not getting anyone else killed. Hopefully you're good at not shooting shacked targets by accident, switch targets with a left-click instead of a right-click so you don't auto attack immediately in case you pick the wrong one. Since you're level 70 hopefully you understand how you can queue up attack targets for your pet and don't do so accidentally. You should also try to have some skill at chain trapping a single target; if you can trap one target 3 times in a row without it ever hitting you then you shouldn't have any trouble helping control mobs during the Moroes fight.
Oh and have fun!

When I was gearing up, I found that
Talbuk Hide Spaulders
were very handy...pretty much kept them til t4 if I remember right. Nice chunk of agi, and hit rating to boot.
There's a quest line in Netherstorm that concludes with you killing Socrethar, that rewards
Kaylaan's Signet
, which, again, has quite a nice chunk of hit.
If you have the rep, get the head glyph from Cenarion Expedition in Zangarmarsh.
