[WotLK] Possible Prot Improvements

Ok, in the spirit to the mentioned Paladin second change sweep focusing mainly on Prot i have created the following talent trees based mainly on an overhaul of Protection. I would like to see what others (ie you guys) think of it and what imporvements or new ideas you people can contribute to the cause.
Things to note:
-Large changes to almost all Prot tanlents
-My assumtion that Divine Shield will no longer have an attack speed penelty attached to it
-My JotW "fix" attempt
-The movement of BoK
-The wording of 'The Immutable Word' that it only works in PvE while tanking

EDIT: for no reason in particular, here is the tanking build I would use at 80 is these talent made it live (I can dream). 0 / 60 / 12.

please do state what you see as fail, thats the point of my asking.
also the silence and drain immunity only works while tanking.
This way it is an interesting mechanic and you still loose some time as a penelty for have gotten a resist

Too much passive mitigation. And some other stuff I dub wrong, but am too tired to go into them. And how does thaa Aegis+Holy Shield work? They have practically the same effect.

holy shield no longer causes damage, agies does that as a passive while the paladin has RF up.
Note: Prot has less passive talents than either of the other two trees even considering Holy lost one to the changes I made. Also I have not added any more passive mitigation than was there before and have rolled Toughness and Anticipation into one talent.

It's a beautiful thing.
IMO, Redoubt should give a small amout of passive block. if (rank 5) have 10% passive block and x% chance to increase block by 20% more to me seems far more useful. Since early game, that would provide a more stable block rate for a stuggling protadin. The 10% then, for endgame is something that can be factored into theorycrafting while ignoring (for math's sake) the 20% gained from proc.
Also, I beleive PoJ (tier3), and TbtL (tier 9), should be swapped. But not left at tier 3 (for obvious reasons). If pushed down to tier 6/7 it wouldn't be till lvl35/40 they'd get it. It would put it out of reach of healadins but still offer threat for low level paladins.
And with reckoning, and idea i've been tossing around in my head. (Outside the one I came up with which made it similar to a small WF).
x% chance on being hit or blocking, next # of attacks withing x seconds generate a second attack
and is holy.
A change like that, would make the second hit cause amp. damage. And it's based on chance. As well as keeping your second notion (rolling the one-handed expertise into it).
I do like that holy shield can affect a target more then once (mechanicly should only bounce back if there are no more valid targets, such as only 2 targets are availble, one will be smacked twice). Though since the daze effect is still there, it should just be removed. Since while tanking we have nothing that benefits a dazed target, just seems silly that it was ever put in. (Probably for PvP reasons... /fail).
Your take on Toughness needs to be redone. Both warrior and paladin are same here in respects. 10% more armor, and (now)
reduces the duration of all movement slowing effects by %.
. My take, would to be to roll dodge and parry into the same. And call it "Anticipated Deflection".
Squeezie, you got IM wrong. It's not passive immunity to silence/mana drain. The qualifier is you have to have threat on them. Thus in PvP this ability is negated.

I'll look into working some of your suggestions in. I like the redoubt change especially though all are good and yes I'll remove the daze on AS.
Also i would like to ask, what do you think of the new Agies of Light thing i dreamed up?

Alright, I'll reply here since you've requested, but frankly, I don't really care too much about custom trees, it takes out all the challenges of balancing out a tree.
I do agree greatly with Wowgeek, but what I'm concerned about with your talent tree is the taking in and out of the protection tree.
Unlikely as it could be useful, Stoicism and Guardian's favor belong in Protection, as much as Seals of the Pure belong in Holy and Pursuit of Justice in Retribution.
My 2 cents.
