Honestly, it comes down to healing. 90% of the time, in the BGS, the side that heals best, wins.
Alliance, if you want to win more, stop playing 1 on 1 and play as a team, ie, PROTECT YOUR HEALERS.

-in wsg 5/10 zerg and 5/10 go after flag, no defense
I actually support a 0 on D strategy, here's why:
Warsong/Silverwing holds have many entry points, they are impossible to defend properly unless you are only defending against a few (all of whom are not druids). In the meantime, while you're in the base with your thumb up your ass waiting your teammates are either engaging other players or on their way to the EF. Either way they could have done with your support. But instead you're stuck waiting and watching their healthbars drop to 0 (or opposite in which case you're sadly missing out on the fun).
My point being that wsg is in every way a team match.. more so than the other BGs which forces you to divide and conquor. People need to stick together and only split when it's smart to do so. Guys who go in together and come out together always come out on top because a) it's a 10 man team that's hitting everything and b) all 10 guys are in range of heals. As the match progresses strategy might need changing but at the start of a match this is the way it should always be.
imo these days Alliance = preBC Horde.

I've noticed in WSG that there are almost always more Healers in the Horde teams than their are in the Alliance team, which means killing the Horde FC is almost always a smurfing task, while the Alliance FC drops rather easily.
Over simplification, but when I see Alliance getting pwned in WSG, it's always because the Horde team is playing as a team with support, whereas the Allies are trying to take things by themselves...
It's not always like that, but in many cases it is.yes, wsg is small enough to show this. ally is all ret pally, elemental shaman, shadow priest or feral druid, horde is holy and resto respectively. I guess healers are unpopular among hero types cause they can't "kick ass". personally I think it's sad when my lvl 51 holy pally leads a bunch of 59s on my team in healing cause I'm the only healer in the bg. to top it off these squishboxes r in blues and greens, kara gear tops with mismatches like healing gear on locks. any decent geared s2-s4 player would rather camp than be embarassed by dying a million times due to incompetence of their team mates and i've witnessed rival and duelist titles camping bgs before. ally just has a fatal combination of all dps spec'd toons who can't do decent dps, don't heal each other and typically are squishy. compared to pvp-geared hordies who always go in groups; rarely do u see a hordie on his or her own in BG. Countless times ally healers will ride or run right past u while u r fighting or low on health and not dismount, horde
never
does this.

I have played the horde side and they seemed a lot more helpful in all aspects of the game excluding barrens chat. I play ally just because of the time invested and the feeling of being the underdog. BGs and arenas still come down to the same amount of players on each side. At this point its a matter of teamwork and skill. How many times have you heard of an instance going bad because of a pog? BG premades are a good option. Take a look at the arena ranks, alliance is at the top. Horde only seems dominant because of the random ganks on a pvp server. I keep telling myself this after I have lost 10 ABs in a row.
