Which roleplaying (RP or RP-PvP) server do you recommend?

Which roleplaying (RP or RP-PvP) server would you recommend? I plan on playing Alliance, probably a Night Elf or a Dwarf. I already have a character on a non-RP server so the main factor in deciding about a server would be the degree of the enforcement of the rules; so roleplaying is very important to me.
Any experiences, hints, recommendations?
