ive searched wowwiki trying to find some help but i was unsuccessful, maybe someone can help me out
i want to make a macro thats able to cast sprint, for example, if ready or if on CD cast preparation then sprint. is it possible?

Nope. You can't have the macro decide whether it should cast Preparation based on the cooldown of Sprint (or any other ability). You could, however, make the choice yourself:
/cast Preparation
/cast Sprint
If you are holding a modifier key (shift, control, or alt) when you use that macro, the first line will cast Prep, and then the second line will cast Sprint. If you aren't holding such a key, it will simply skip the first line and cast Sprint.

Or/castsequence reset=300 Sprint,PreparationFirst click would cast Sprint, second - Preparation. If you wait 5 minutes it will reset to Sprint.
Change the 300 to whatever if you have talents in Endurance.

Only flaw with the above is if you use prep without using it from that macro the entire thing will get screwed up. I'd suggest adding in a check to reset it if a modifier key is held down.

That will reset the 300 second countdown.
So:/castsequence reset=300/mod Sprint,Preparation

First, you no longer need the
/stopcasting
lines. That was fixed a few patches back. You can now string together
any
number of abilities which do not trigger cooldowns on each other simply by listing them.
/cast Adrenaline Rush
/cast Blade Flurry
/cast Blood Fury
Again, assuming that none of these trigger a cooldown on the next (and they're all spelled properly), they should all trigger.
