Question about Curses and their affects on a raid.

Ok... Im going to attempt to simplify this question without going too much into group make up and all that jazz. My question is multi parted:
In a raid with 3 locks which curses should be up at all times? I understand it to be Recklessness, Elements, and Doom, correct?
Do curses stack? So is there any benefit to having more than one lock doing the same curse?

First off, Damage curses stack I.E.: Doom, Agony. But Curses with effects like Elements do not. When I would raid on my lock we normally ran 3-5 locks a raid in the 3 Lock situation it would be Shadow, Elements, Doom. Obviously now there is no more curse of shadow so It should Be Elements, Doom, Doom depending on the situation, Even when we ran 5 locks at once we would only use Recklessness on certain fights.
Im looking for more of a "this is
why
we do what we do" type of answer rather than just a "this is what we do".
I would think the ArP and AP buffs to everyone would be more beneficial to a 25 man raid than just the extra boost in individual DPS for the lock.

Now that all schools of magic (except holy) are boosted with Curse of the Elements, having that always up is a no brainer.
That leaves a lock free to use Curse of Recklessness (formerly Curse of Elements usually took precedence over CoR). You should really do this for 2 reasons: it's boosts all physical damage by (i think) about 6% (depending on the bosses armor and how many other armor reducing debuffs are stacked, and how much armor ignore your melee/hunter's have). This is a really excellent boost. Secondly, it boosts the Tank's threat. If you have good DPSers who are always pushing the threat right up to the line, this can represent a DPS boost for the entire raid, not to mention making things safer. I suspect it is slightly more effective with Bear tanks as a lot of the threat is from damage, but i have never seen numbers to illustrate that so i'm just guessing. It obviously will not increase the threat from a Protadin as all their threat comes from holy damage.
As for the AP boost it gives the boss, honestly don't worry about it. If your tanks die from insufficient healing, then maybe don't use CoR until your healers have sorted their technique/gear out, which they need to do urgently as they probably have bigger issues than CoR to deal with. The damage increase is so minor most advanced raiding guilds totally ignore it. To illustrate the point, ppl even use CoR on Brutallus, who hits like an atomic freight train.
The only time to not use CoR would be if you were using a Protadin, and had no melee at all, and no hunters.
As for any spare curses after those two, yes use Doom just for the locks personal damage.

k so curse of weakness is pretty much shot as i suspected, especially with Demo Shout. We usually are hunter and melee heavy so i feel the boost from Recklessness is more than worth it.
So lets assume we only have 2 locks, CoR and CoE? or CoE and CoD?
*edit* nvm re-read it... Elements and Recklessness

Curse of Recklessness is nice for DPS with Felguard locks too. Admittedly 6% more DPS from your Felguard is unlikely to be more than 2% or so so more damage to you, but every little bit counts. It's nice to have 2 curses that benefit you where other specs just have one :-)
