I am looking for a guild in the Bladefist realm.

Armory Profile: couldn't find
Faction: Alliance
Realm (US/EU): Bladefist(USA)
Realm Type: PVE

I am looking for a friendly guild.It can be a guild with large,medium or small membership.I have no problem with new guilds who are looking to grow.However there are a few things I am looking for specifically:

-website/forums
-organization(includes promotions/demotions)
-goals
-activity(lets not forget that real life is more important than a game)
-leadership
-friendly members
