It's going to be very hard for a non-standard composition to make headway in season 4. Not sure what you can do to counter that.

Chain cyclone doesn't work too well. Use a pounce>shred>maim combo. Try not to bleed them too much, especially a priest. After you get a maim up, go bear and enrage for a feral charge>bash. If it's a HoT healer, and the feral and target are in range, don't bother with charge, just bash. Then use cyclone, and hope the healer casts a spell that you can disrupt with feral charge. If you can do this, you can get close to exiting DR before the next cyclone.
You can pounce>shred>maim, then cyclone and get a bash in between and do it that way as well. This helps with the DR since you can bash and feral charge to disrupt the healer. They will usually trinket the cyclone, so be quick and ready for the bash. If it's a non cc dps, you can burst it quickly.
Resto is tough to play. There is a lot involved. If you have less than 350-400 resil, you will die quickly as resto. Especially in this new season. LoS dispellers and melee dps as a resto. As much as possible. Rogues aren't too tough if you keep renew up and stay in bear as much as possible.
Locks will be tough since you have no dispel or debuff. Keep the lock stunlocked as long as possible to get him low on hp. You could try getting a 5cp maim in, then get out of combat(Dash for this as maim won't last 6 seconds and you need to gain 40 yards, and only works if you have no DoT's on you), stealth again and pounce him again.
There's lots of things you can try, and lots of things you won't be able to succeed at. She may be better as a restokin so she lasts longer and can help you on the dps side of things. Cyclone the healer, then have a stopcasting NS/cyclone focus target macro for when he trinkets. If you run out of cc, you will have to out last them.
Without a heal debuff, you have to do a massive amount of damage. Warriors and rogues will be tough. You will have to cc warrior's and rogues as much as possible, and hope you can down their healer with a lot of disrupts. Dual dps on the healer in these cases especially with a warrior. Best for a warrior, go bear and drag him behind a pillar, then hit NG. Get the feral keep the healer rooted, and do as much as you can to keep the healer busy. You can outlast the healer, and with a lucky string of events, take the healer out.
You won't be able to take a pally out without being restokin. Feral doesn't do anywhere close to enough dps to take out a pally without a lot of disrupts.
These are a few tricks. I have loads more, but I don't want to type all day...
The hardest part will be learning when to dps, and when to cc. Remember, cyclone negates healing on the target as well.
