Bloodlust Battlegroup Not Balanced Correctly

I'm sure that many Alliance on a Bloodlust server will agree that Blizzard has not succesfully balanced this Battlegroup.
Though I can not always blame this for Alliance losses in battlegrounds, any character on Bloodkust must agree that the cause for many Alliance defeats is 'Not Enough Players, This Battle Will End in 5 Minutes'. If you ask me, this is a lie, as the Battle either a) does not end in those 5 minutes or b) the Horde will win due to them having more resources than we when the 5 minutes are up.
Not only this, but in Alterac Valley battles, the Alliance are usually down on players by more than 10. I have seen battles in which the Alliance have only 12 or 13 players, trying to face off against a Horde zerg. However, in battle like this there is no 'Not Enough Players, This Battle Will End in 5 Minutes'.... why?
I therefore have a suggestion to make: In the place of Not Enough Players, This Battle Will End in 5 Minutes, why not simply not START the battle until both teams are on a roughly even footing, and thereby giving the Alliance in this Battlegroup a fighting chance...

Bloodlust is fine, except for AV. Thats why so many people do premades nowadays, its a fast quick win. Sometimes in AV people sign up for the same battleground and then theres like 17 or so guildies that coordinate together and they usually win.
I've never seen one of these premades once, must be level 70 AV? And it is NOT just AV, though, it is the most common... Ive seen plenty of dodgy ABs in which we got owned because of not enough players.
As if that weren't bad enough, they always win when time runs out because they have more players, and therefore more resources/flag captures.... I don't see the fairness in that?

Even if you get more players during the battle, its much harder to recover than if you started on equal footing.
And on a fun note, I was once in a 2v15 EotS. Didn't get any more players either. We danced on the platform.
