When the WoTLK comes out(less than a year hoppefully)old high-end inst will become useless. But then the instances in sunwell count only 1 year of life at best! What are your thoughts about that?
Sunwell Plateau has already been raided by a lot more people than Naxxramas had at TBC launch.

It would be simple to come back at 80 if you really want to see the interior of Sunwell for fun, I guess... even though not many people wanted to see Naxx after they hit 70.

Probably because you need(ed) an attunement to enter Naxx. You can enter SWP anytime you want.

I'm one of those people who spends as much time in "old content" as I do new content (if not more). I started playing right after Burning Crusade was released, so I missed out on all the old raids. Fortunately, several members of my guild enjoy running those old raids. To the people that have been around since 2004, this is old content. To me, and anyone else who joined post-BC, it's new. I'm still hoping to get a group together to run the old Naxxramas before Wrath launches.
As such, I really wish Blizzard would spend at least a bit more time retuning or fixing up older content. I agree that adding more new content is more important, but I think it's very unfortunate that anyone has to miss out on older content simply because something newer was released. This goes for both instance/raids and entire zones.
I'm for retuning or adding "heroic" raids. Give them the Naxxramas treatment. Retune the 40 mans to be 10 mans - or even 5 mans. Fix up the loot so that it is actually useful for some purposes (there is no point, besides nostalgia, to get the tier 3 gear because Outland greens are better). And even lower the level so that people feel it's not a waste of time to run the raids - why run a Level 60 raid in Azeroth when I can quest/run newer instances in Outland?
The same goes for zones. One of my favorite zones is Silithus (yeah, I'm weird). No one goes to Silithus. Unless you're a rep junky (like me) or one of those people who feels it is important to finish every quest (again, like me) there is no reason to go there because when you hit 58 you just go to Hellfire. I think that should be changed.
I find it unfortunate that I'll probably never finish Serpentshrine, Tempest Keep, Black Temple, or Sunwell Plateau while they still matter. I don't expect Blizzard to suddenly decide that changing old content is important, but I would love it if they did.

That attunement was so easy though.

Blizzard plans to make Naxxramas a new level 80 25 man (I think) in WotLK.
EDIT: Sunwell will still be raided mostly in WotLK by new level 70s through 75 at least.
Yes, but the new Naxxramas isn't the same as old Naxxramas, since every boss will be updated to match level 80 players.
And of course sunwell won't be raided by people of level 70-75. It's far easier to get similar-quality gear by doing 5-mans.
