This belt
comes to mind.
Also, get 30 Thrallmar marks from the HFP PvP daily and get yourself a
new trinket.
Off-topic: What is up with your spec?
This
is much better for PvE. If your regular tank is a Paladin, you can move 3 points from prot to ret and get improved BoM since you won't need Kings, but precision is essential when you're only getting 35 hit rating from your gear. Misses do no damage.

Other than the belt and trinket do you think I can start doing heroics with my current gear?
Probably not. Your attack power is pretty low.

note that there's a good chance that you'll be the only paladin in a 5 man, and a slight chance in 25 mans
to the OP, if you want to get into heroics, all your slots should be either PvE level 70 blues or PvP level 70 epics, esp for a class/spec combo that is often laughed at.

Dude, if your paladin healers aren't stupid, they'll get kings too. I prefer
this build
for PvE, since Ret paladins get the biggest benefit from Improved Blessing of Might. In 5 mans, I usually put up Salv for everyone. Yes, I do get into pugs as ret. Don't ask me how.
We're talking about heroics here, and you don't see holy paladins that often in heroics. Then again, you see more paladins tanking heroics than warriors, but being able to self-buff with kings can come in handy when you're not grouped.
As for Improved BoM, the current version gives you a whole 44 attack power. Not worth it unless you are the 3rd paladin in a raiding guild.

First of all, I usually am the third or fourth paladin in my raids. Second, there usually is another paladin in my heroics groups, so I just rely on them for Kings or whatever else I may need. Third, soloing is easy at 70. If I wanted to, I could solo all of the IQD dailies without buffs. You don't need kings to solo. If you do, you're just bad.
First of all, read the post you quoted again. Pay special attention to the part where I said
"We're talking about heroics."
It can't be that hard, it's the first line in the post.
If you're into 25-man content, then yes, you might as well get Imp BoM because there's no reason to get kings if at least one paladin in your raid already has it.
If you're doing Heroics with a Paladin tank, you'll be salving the 3 others, the tank will give you kings, and I'll bet that they'll want wisdom, not might. Or, perhaps they want to run sanctuary/kings, in which case, it would have been nice to have those 3 extra points for it. If your paladin tank prefers BoM over BoW, there's something wrong with them.
Lastly, good on you for being able to solo your dailies with no buffs. Sometimes, I tank easier heroics with no pants on, or sit down to get crits because my mana keeps drying up on account of my massive health pool. Who cares? But, since you're so intent on defending your position, I'll point out that with 5/11/45 build, you could run with kings for more health, AP, mana, and crit, and get that extra 44AP from a food buff.
