Many of these talents will probably change, it's basically info from the Alpha (even though it's from WWI). Things will change, spells will be balanced, they might just be testing some mechanics with these talents to see if they work for some time in the future.

I just have to say that these new talents are pretty damn cool, I mean exploding clothies, to knocking back your enemy 200 yards, to ambushing your enemy multiple times. (Which doesn't sound possible to me) Anyway, I play a BM hunter, and I can't wait to see whats in store for me. Personally I've been saying that the last talent should be the ability to tame dragons. Most people may not agree, cause there aren't too many dragons flying around. But think about it, the Blue Dragonflight is gonna play a huge roll in WoTLK, so imagine, taming blue dragons, that breathe fire over your enemies, thats pretty damn cool. Maybe a nice stam buff in there too <. <

Go reread the info on the hero classes, it answers your question.
As for the talents seeming unofficial, well, hell, if you were a designer, would you try and make them sound like they fit the lore as talents do now? Or would you just toss up a description that quickly answers exactly what the talent does? I'd go for the second, myself, as a lot more people are going to understand it (I can't begin to tell you guys how many pallies don't realize that one-handed specilization in the prot tree affects ALL damage, not just melee damage)
However, I will say that I wouldn't put it past Blizz to completely change all the new talents that they've released thus far just to screw with people :P
And, no love for feral spirit? That was the one spell I missed most in the transition from Warcraft 3 to World of Warcraft. Who
wouldn't
want two giant wolves going to town on everyone around them? >=)

Check the last talent of the enhancement tree for shamans :).
And I wonder why everyone seems to think these overpowered, game-breaking talents are going to get into the game. There is no way rogues are going to be able to chain ambushes in a fight, shamans to knock back 200 yards, or warlocks to slow movement speed by 75% and silence for 20 seconds. Think people, think.
On a second note, I can't wait for the hunter and paladin talents, as my two characters over 50 are my lvl51 paladin, and my lvl70 hunter <3.
First post btw, yay.

I do hope I'm wrong, but I'm guessing January 2009. Beta in maybe a month or two, and then a month or two of testing. Then it gets delayed for a month, and bang: January.
