Euro WoW main site crashes and burns if someone on the continent sneezes. It's woefully inadequately dimensioned for the load it has to handle, paired with having to serve badly-written, bogged-down web pages full of clutter and graphics no-one will ever even see, due to even more graphics being layered on top.
It's a complete disgrace, considering people pay monthly for having access to that service. Other FREE organizations manage to keep their servers running despite a far higher user load, but blizzard is too cheap to invest in the hardware needed to stop these irritating service outages. If I had €1 for every time the euro site's been down, I'd be able to finance my WoW subscription for months... :P *ptuie*
Especially annoying as somehow my subscription payment didn't go through so I'm locked out of my account, and I can't get onto Account Management.
They can't even post a "lol we spilled dah coffee again" message.

Actually, on my end the forums and main website have started working again in the last 2 minutes.
Not the critical Account Management, though. I would do something outside, but because Wimbledon has started in England it is, of course, raining like hell where I am.

The site is almost everytime done on Wednesday - to much kids crying for servers being offline in the forum.
The problem with the fee not being taken although I paid in time and the account pages not working is a known issue to me. Just call the billing support. Dont know the number... if the site is alright now you can find it there.

It seems to be down again... it doesn't even give an error, just 'connection was reset'. Which sucks hugely. I've been trying to get into account management since saturday (nothing too urgent).
