What do you think what will happen to Sylvanas? Personally (and I'm pretty sure most people agree with me) she's just been awful since W3. I swear, the only reason she's still alive is the fact that her fanboys will throw a &*!@ fit, plus the fact that Dave Kosack jacks off to her. Her becoming Warchief is the reason why I gave up on the Horde, and why I started to appreciate the Alliance more. I seriously hope they make a conclusion to her storyline and make her answer for what she did
What are your thoughts?

I'd guess her storyline in BfA will have trolls. And loa. And something about why she was selected for warchief.

I don't.

Calm down the aggression ;) . People like her because she isn't morally pure. She has shades of grey. And no, people aren't as shallow as only liking her because she is hot or anything. Most characters in warcraft is one version of hot or another.
Also, whilst her demise will upset fans. It'd be due to the track record of the survival rate of horde characters. And given the lack of troll leader... (and for a while orcs too) it's quite stagnating. She is the last original horde character. Quite something, isn't it?
Her becoming Warchief is the reason why I gave up on the Horde, and why I started to appreciate the Alliance more.
Good for you. And I mean it. Hope alliance have a great time.

Oddly enough, i think she's going to be a decent war chief.
After reading lots of stuff and trying to understand her logic I think i have her figured out. I know every one is upset she went all "Burn it".
The tactical logic is there though. As she blatantly stated all along the tree its self was never the goal. She did not deviate from her plan one bit even when Honor got in the way and let Malfurion escape.
This is outlined greatly in "A good war"
The Interesting part is I believe Sarfang even understand "WHY" she did it. Dont get me wrong, he's conflicted about it, but the "WHY" is there..
A wound that can never heal.
Her expression didn’t waver. “This was your battle. Your strategy. And your failure. Darnassus was never the prize. It was a wedge that would split the Alliance apart. It was the weapon that would destroy hope. And you, my master strategist, gave that up to spare an enemy you defeated. I have taken it back. When they come for us, they will do so in pain, not in glory. That may be our only chance at victory now.”
He wanted to kill her. He wanted to declare mak’gora and spill her blood in front of Horde and Alliance alike.
But she was right.
A wound that can never heal.
That had always been the plan. And Saurfang had failed to inflict it. The story of Malfurion’s miraculous survival would have spread among the armies of the Alliance as proof that they were blessed in their cause.
War would still have come. That had been certain the moment Saurfang had led the Horde into Ashenvale. And it would have been what he had feared most: the meat grinder, spending so many lives to achieve so little, ending with a whimper, and thus dooming future generations to a war nobody could win.
Once again, Sylvanas had seen it before he had.
And so ...
She had sent a message. This was not a war that would end in a stalemate. Not now. The Alliance and the Horde would both understand that the only choices were victory or death.

Oddly enough, i think she's going to be a decent war chief. Lol that's what they said about Garrosh before Mists....and since Battle is just rehashing stuff from Mists, we already know that Sylvanas will be dead by the end, it's just a matter of who's doing the corrupting on her; either Bolvar turning Ebil or the Old Gods sticking a tentacle up her butt to play her like a puppet.

Iirc in the short story that was released (one for each faction, sorry I can’t remember the name and it was free) it seemed that she is an excellent tactician. Has a good mind for war. Until recently I had thought perhaps Saurfang was a double agent sort of. That the plan was for him to get captured to destroy them from within. Obviously that didn’t happen.
So now I think her story will end with her being either banished or going away with her forsaken. In all reality, she only really cares about her people and I think (hope) in the end she will go with them. I highly doubt we will kill her. That would be too much like Garrosh. Plus if we kill Ashara, killing another female leader would be bull.
It is evident, from the story line, that Bain is going to become the next warchief. Thrall will come back, but I don’t think for long and Saurfang doesn’t want it (at least I don’t think he does). He is more concerned with dying an honorable death. And he makes a good older advisor.

I voted for Garrosh. Last great hope for the Horde. So I don't have a huge opinion on Sylvanas one way or the other. Same goes for any of her potential replacements.
But...
Am I the only person who can't stand Nathanos Blightcaller? I don't hear his name come up a lot. Man that guy is a turd. I would throw him out the nearest airlock first chance I got.

Not really. She has been great character since WarCraft 3 and the more you learn and read about her through lore, you realize how morally gray she is. Even now, after Saurfangs Mak'gora, you don't know what she will do.

Follow the same plot line as Garrosh did in Mists; be corrupted by the Old Gods and die so that the Horde can get another new Warchief.

I ultimately believe she is trying to stop the old gods, and undead are the only way to beat them. I see her as pulling an Illidan and being an anti-hero. She will defeat the old gods, and now the shadowlands are open, maybe she is able to return souls lost because of her or the old gods back to Azeroth. The Alliance and Horde still won't like or trust her, but will turn a blind eye to her as long as she stays in the shadows since she returned what she had taken and defeated the old gods.
