is there anyway to make a sheep macro that tells peepl targetting your target that you're sheeping their target?

Here's a variation of that macro I made that works with both raids and party (cogwheel's canbe modified to work with either one or the other, but not both).
/run local t,u,z="target"if UnitInRaid("player")then u,z="Raid",GetNumRaidMembers()else u,z="Party",GetNumPartyMembers()end for i=0,z do u=u..i+1 if UnitIsUnit(u..t,t)then SendChatMessage("Change","WHISPER",nil,UnitName(u))end end
The problem is the limited message size, because it's a larger macro. Right now it's the word "Change", but it can be a little bigger. If you tell the group beforehand about the keyword or whatever, that might work. Alternatively something like "my sheep!" or "off sheep" might work. Sorry, just the limited 255 character macro thing that I can't avoid.
If you want to make cog's work with party, change every instance of the word "raid" to "party", that includes GetNumRaidMembers -> GetNumPartyMembers.
Cog's also has a logical/arithmetic error if the group contains only 2 members. My macro fixes that, and you can simply fix it in cog's by changing the initial i value as I did, and then remove the "-1".

There's an addon called
ccwarn
that does this.
Example:
/cast Polymorph
/ccwarn Trying to sheep... You break it, you tank it!
Whispers:
Change targets! Trying to sheep... You break it, you tank it!
or
Call off your pet! Trying to sheep... You break it, you tank it!
To whomever is targetting your sheep, or if a pet is targetting your sheep.
