Missing previously bought Pets/Mounts that are currently on offer in the shop?

Anyone else unable to use Argi, Alterac Brew Pup, Grinning Reaver and Enchanted Fey Dragon from their log books even though they had been previously purchased?

They are all currently on sale on the in-game shop as pet/mount bundles and I'm able to select them to purchase them....

I have them in my log book but they're greyed out, although the pets are still level 25.... I'm unable to summon or mark them as favorites either.

Check to see if the payment(s) you made for the pets/mounts were fully processed and not returned or refunded. Once any billing issues are resolved, your purchase(s) should become available in game again.

It is possible that you have a display error, in which case a full UI reset should correct any display errors. For instructions on how to perform a UI reset, see: https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549

I bought them a very long time ago though so would charge backs really still take place now and when I hadn't requested them?
No other pets/mounts have this issue at the time of writing this so I suspect it isn't down to a ui error?
Coincidentally they are the only pets/mounts on sale as bundles right now.

Also upon checking I have discovered that the mounts in question don't show up when I filter by collected only and the pets in question do show up when filtered as collected only but are still greyed out.

Better get in contact with Customer Support then. Do you remember when you last used these pets and mounts?

I don't really use the mounts as I tend to stick to my spectral tiger mount lol but I use the pets quite a bit in pet battles :/
Going to open a ticket as I can't seem to find anyone else affected.
