AboutReaction is a raid guild currently residing on the Ravencrest EU server. Our raid team mainly consists of former hardcore players who still want to push progress but no longer have the time to do so and as such our raiding hours each week are minimal.
For most of the expansion we have been a 3 hour/one night a week guild and have still managed to progress well on such a limited schedule - however we have recently been trialing a move to a two night a week schedule ahead of the release of the Argus raid.
Our raid environment is a healthy mix of taking it seriously when it's absolutely needed and being quite chilled out at the same time, this clip of an attempt on KJ does a good job of showing this:

RecruitmentIn order to progress well on such a tight schedule we are very specific about the type of player that we recruit. While we appreciate the time and effort each application takes to make if you can't meet the following criteria then we are unlikely to offer a trial unless there is a good reason otherwise.
Said criteria is as follows:
- You can play your class/roles at a high level and can demonstrate this in your application.
- You are proficient at using tools like WarcraftLogs and SimCraft to manage and improve your personal performance.
- You can communicate well and are able to play a part in and contribute to discussions on tactics, something which we actively encourage all our raiders to do.
In return for this we offer:
- Experienced guild leaders with experience since classic WoW.
- A chance to raid mythic and achieve good rankings while not being committed to a heavy raiding schedule.
- Efficient use of time. When we're raiding with such limited hours we don't have time to fool around in raids - this doesn't exclude having fun however. At the end of the day we are playing a game among friends and we make every effort to ensure that Reaction is the type of guild that our raiders will make the choice to stay with long term.
