Got to 110, no Stormheim Quest?

I played Legion for like 2 weeks when it came out, got my main to 108, and then quit. I was bored and didn't like the changes.
This weekend I was bored with other things in life, so I re-subbed and got back into the game, and quickly got the rest of the way to 110. When I did, I also finished off the zone I was in, leaving only Stormheim & Suramar as the remaining zones I hadn't touched. Well, I got into Suramar with no problems...I just did whatever Khadgar was blabbering about (lol) and now I'm questing there all nice and happy.
The problem is that no quests have opened up to take me to Stormheim. I've gotten the achievements for the other zones and I've done the dungeons that "end" that zone's storyline for you, but there is no quest to take me to Stormheim. I've checked the admiral in the portal room and I've checked the little guy beside my class hall's mission board (I'm a warlock so he stands right next to it). He won't even open up a dialog box.
I'm fairly certain I can just run/swim into Stormheim, and I've seen the map with the suggested questing route so I could follow that I'm sure, but shouldn't there be a quest that takes me there with cool cut scenes and all?

Check the Mission "Map" whether it has a third tab, where you may be able to select the intro quest for Stormheim.
I'm not sure whether you can just travel into Stormheim for the main questline, as it starts with a scenario. However, if you want to try, on Horde side just travel east from Thunder Totem and follow the road down the mountain, and once in Stormheim take the path to the north-east. When you find a Forsaken camp with an elevator, ride down. This is where you start after the scenario.
For Alliance, I think it's further south, near the crash site. Follow the road to the south-east instead, it will turn south eventually.

If for some reason you don't have the command quest from the table, you can find the starter on the border between Highmountain and Stormheim.

Unfortunately there's no 3rd tab. Someone in my guild suggested that.

I'll give this a shot when I get bored of Suramar. Or I'll just level one of my other 11 100's through that zone to get the achievements.
Thank you both for the input and I'll update the post if/when I find the answer.

Hm, if the quest isn't there, you probably already started it at some point. What you can do is check the docks near Orgrimmar if Horde, or fly up to the Skyhammer in Stormwind if Alliance to see if the boat/airship is there waiting for you as that is where the Scenario's start.
