You won't believe this... Demonic Anger of the Half Giants!

Hi all!
So, I've been running sims for the past couple days, and I think I found something that has been overlooked which complements the use of Anger of The Half Giants.
Most people have been saying Chaos Blades is the way to go. I have a 28% mastery which is nice on top of Chaos Blades since it benefits all attacks plus inflates AA damage.
Here's the deal.
I downloaded the Addon "Action Bar Profiles (Saver)" which pairs talents and action bar presets. Using this, I went into 4 minute rotations in several permutations, also considered how to maximize the benefits of each build in the rotations. I spent a good 3 hours last night working out permutations. I'm still convinced there is more benefit to a Demonic build, even with Anger of the Half Giants.
With Demonic now extending the duration of Metamorphosis, the benefit of longer Metamorphosis up-times trumps Chaos Blades every time. Not to mention, all this time you're also getting 100% leech. Take that, Helya.
(Kudos to Felblade by the way. Sure they lowered the proc rate of Demon Blades and the resource return of Chaos Strike, but they made Chaos Strike hit harder and Felblade is way more useful than Fel Mastery because it always moves you right to the target, so it can be used for controlled transits, too, plus since they took away the 2 free Fel Rushes from Blur, this is a much needed third rush in some scenarios)
My Build:
Felblade - Demon Blades - Bloodlet/Chaos Cleave - Soul Rending - Nemesis - Demon Reborn - Demonic
(I have noticed that Bloodlet and Chaos Cleave complement the dps about equally in single target, but I generally go with Bloodlet since if I go Chaos Cleave I still have to maintain my Throw Glaives in my down-time in order to balance the dps returns, not to mention having bleeds in a cleave is kind of nice. I also tried the First Blood, but I'm not a fan of having an additional key in my rotation. The key glut is real)
My rotation:
Opener:
Nemesis
Throw Glaives (if Bloodlet is chosen)
Felblade in
Generally you'll get a demon blades proc, sometimes it may take a second
Eye Beam
Metamorphosis
(right here you buy 8 extra seconds on your meta, drastically increasing you Chaos Strike damage. Sure, Chaos Blades is 12 second long, but remember, we just reset eye beam also with Demon Reborn which will give another 8 seconds, making this a 46 second metamorphosis, which will also lead to another eye beam either by CD or reduced CD if any soul fragments are picked up from Feast On The Souls making this a 54 second metamorphosis. Now since we have a 6 second post-Nemesis opener, we also see that the overlap is the full duration of Nemesis, not just a 12 second chunk)
Hard Cooldown - Metamorphosis
If you see Eye Beam coming up, wait for it. Eye Beam - Meta - Eye Beam as much as possible
3 Soft Cooldowns - Try to get as much overlap with these as possible, Fury can be done before Eye Beam since it doesn't get any benefit from Metamorphosis
First - Nemesis on CD per 2 minute
Second - Fury of the Illidari on CD per minute
Third - Eye Beam on CD per 45 seconds with reductions (wait the couple seconds for Felblade procs/CD to maximize fury and banked fury for Chaos Strike output unless pairing with Meta)
Standard rotation
I found that the new rotation is extremely proc based even though it does have a few base lines, so there is no standard order to attacks. It's more about hitting based on priorities.
Eye Beam on CD (wait 2 or 3 seconds for banked fury if possible)
Chaos Strike
Throw Glaives (if Bloodlet is selected)
Felblade on proc (If fury isn't capped)
Felblade on CD (if fury is needed, or for quick mob chasing)
Throw Glaives as a filler
Vengeful Retreat - Fel Rush on CD (I save 1 fel rush for when Vengeful Retreat is about to return, you can also throw a glaive during the retreat midair)
Fel Rush to Fel Rush as a desperate 2-hit filler when the down time is real
Potential Conflicts in opinion
"Eye beam in a rotation is a fury drain" - Compared to the additional 24 seconds of inflated chaos strikes, plus all the other recurrences before the next rotation it's really not that big of a deal in the long run.
"Blind Fury can make up for the fury loss" - for one, we're using the eye beam for the extra Metamorphosis up-time. Making the Eye Beam last longer actually takes away from our up-time, I thought that they would extend the duration to after it ended, but it doesn't feel that way. Plus, the sacrifice of Felblade is crippling.
"Master of the Glaive has great synergy with Bloodlet" - in this build, it's too much of a sacrifice. Remember, all it does is add a free glaive to your rotation which is not all that important, plus a movement speed loss. Sure it makes Bloodlet easier to maintain, but it's a handicap all around. Demon Reborn is a free 8 second inflation refresh.
"What about Chaos Nova?" - I love chaos nova plus it gives free soul fragments (10% chance) but only use this in a cleave situation or it just costs too much in rotation. Also, free chaos novas aren't worth it, unless you need hard AoE mob stun control.
"Demonic Appetite could lower your Eye Beam CD" - Yes it can, but after several real world rotations, I've found with the existing key glut that it is overly frustrating to maintain Demon's Bite amidst everything else. The returns are also not so favourable, plus the loss from fury capping is way too easy when you're overly interested in getting those frags.
In an AoE situation, this build is still comparable to other builds if you're not into switching out talents.
If you were to switch out for AoE, I would recommend
First Blood instead of Chaos Cleave - the overall output is slightly higher and since you're already adding Blade Dance to the rotation, it minimizes the cost impact in the rotation. This also inflates with the Demon build, too.
Unleashed Power instead of Demon Reborn - This could be useful in a situation where you'd like to reduce the amount of damage your raid and/or tank is taking from the influx of mobs, and save yourself the cost in the rotations to boot. I also have a Sephuz's Secret, so this is a hella fun AoE combo.
Fel Mastery instead of Fel Blade - This will help you maintain Fel Rushes in an AoE rotation since your dps will depend on the fury generation. This works, and you might consider ...
Momentum instead of Nemesis, too. - For AoE, if you can guarantee one mob kill really quick, like if your team has a lot of primary target cleave abilities, take nemesis for the creature type bonus. If you can't, take Momentum. Here's the deal with Momentum, though. Remember you don't want to back-to-back retreat and rush or rush and rush. If I retreat then rush, I at least throw a glaive in or hit blur to run back into the pack. If I rush and rush, I rush to the other side of the AoE, rotate 180, do some spam, then rush back to my original position and AoE again.
As for Blind Fury instead of Fel Mastery or Fel Blade... the loss is real. It's just not all that worth it.
Overall... ya. Demonic Build trumps chaos damage inflation pretty much every time.
Current stats:
39% Crit
28% Mastery
9% Haste
6% Versatility

Interesting post, did you try it since they limited the Demonic talent to increase the meta length only once per meta? I think this could limit the usability...
