HELP: Prestige rewards 5 and up?

I've been looking all over and I can't seem find the rewards that occur after "the Honorable" (Prestige 4 Honor level 50.)

And I mean in order. What's the reward for:

Prestige 5 Honor level 50
Prestige 6 Honor level 50
Prestige 7 Honor level 50
Prestige 8 Honor level 50
Prestige 9 Honor level 50
etc.

Also what do the honor crests of heroism, carnage and devastation mean as rewards? Are they tangible? Like a toy?
