i need a macro to jump and automatic cast flight form and when i reath the ground or i am attacked by players and mobs on ground automatic cast bear form if i have guardian druid spec.

Not possible. There's no automation, as in stuff being done without you pressing a button, and there is no conditional for "being on the ground".

Jumping (or any form of movement) can't be done with a macro, and you can't set a macro to trigger automatically (aside from the fact that Blizzard doesn't allow automation, by definition a macro is triggered by a specific user input).

Here's the one-button travel macro I use for Guardian, if you want to try it.

/use Travel Form;Cat Form;Bear Form

It will:

1. Put you in Travel Form if you're outdoors or swimming, and not already in Travel Form.
2. Put you in Cat Form if you're indoors, and not already in Cat Form.
3. Switch back to Bear Form if you're already in Travel/Cat Form.

If you don't want to use Cat Form indoors, you can simplify it to:

/use Travel Form;Bear Form

Only problem I've had with it is that it doesn't work properly if you use it immediately after leaving an indoor area (it tries to use Travel Form but fails, throwing you into humanoid form), but I'm not sure there's any way to fix that.
