I have my setup like
this
. The 15% chance to stun I find is not a hure deal as your using Wrath majority of the time; and the 70% chance to ignore is a nice bonus but if someone is that close to you, I root, root, root untill they can't break it and Wrath all over again. I Gues it all goes to your play style, personaly I use my root a lot.

You could get used to playing without Feral Charge since it's being moved further down the tree soon.

it may be further down the tree but with more talent points it should be an equivolent investment right?

This is the pvp spec. If you want to maximize the fact that you're a moonkin, this is the spec to get.

5/5 Furor is a complete waste of points.

Not hardly. For one, the new Balance tree is
very
points heavy. Second, there is a new 3rd tier Resto talent which will add 4% spell damage in Moonkin form (value may change but concept probably won't) and this is a must-have. Between the must-haves in Resto and Balance, there are no points left over for Feral at all, let alone trying to get to 4th or 5th tier, which is where Feral Charge is now. Even if you could, all those filler points in the lower tiers of Feral would be a complete waste and you would be gimped.
Nope, if you're not a Feral Druid, say goodbye to FC in the x-pac.
