There's a way to turn it off in the Interface or Sound options. I know it's in there, I just can't remember specifically where it is (I'm at work right now).

/run UIErrorsFrame:Hide()I don't know if you have to run it every time you relog or just once.

Of course, sometimes it's useful. Such as, when you try to use something and the error frame contains "You need to be in <place_name>!" How would you know why the thing didn't work without that frame visible?

/run SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX", "0")
*put the bits that might cause an error here*
/run SetCVar("Sound_EnableSFX", "1")
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()
if you've already turned off the error speech then you don't need the first 2 bits, just the /script bit. this can go at the end of any macro causing problems and will only affect that macro, it doesn't turn it off completely.
