Fel
Fel is arcane magic that (often literally) burns life. For example, Felfire is like Arcane fire, but burns life as fuel rather than mana. This is why Arcane Tap restores your mana in-game; it burns a portion of your life and gives you more fuel for fel spells. This is also why sacrifices, whether soul sacrifices or blood sacrifices, can be used to boost or complete fel spells.
Fel is naturally entropic. Life not directly burned by it is twisted and corrupted by mere proximity. This is why even non-warlock orcs began to turn green, an early form of corruption (think a sunburn). These corruptions are hereditary, as seen by the orcs green skin being passed to their children, and can compound to drastically change those frequently exposed to it (like fel orcs and fel elves).
Fel boosts aggression levels in those exposed to it, along with violent emotions like anger and hate. This is why Orcs lose control of themselves when heavily exposed to Fel, as seen with Grom on multiple occasion. This is also why warlocks, despite original motives for picking up the Dark Arts, are frequently swayed into violence and eventually submission to the Burning Legion.
Demons were once mortal races who, between heavily fel exposure (either through their own use of Fel, like the Nathrezim or invasion by the Burning Legion) and hereditary mutations were warped into a new form that could resist the entropic effects of fel. Either through invasion by the Burning Legion or through their own maddening levels of aggression, their cultures were destroyed and they were eventually absorbed into the Burning Legion.

Fel is described to be a bit like radiation. And thats why the frostwolf clan and the majority of the blood elves got tainted even thought they didn't tutch/use fel.

Mages of the Void
Mages of the Void are a curious breed of wizards. They do not negotiate their powers as warlocks do, nor do they wield them as mages by drawing on the ley lines. A void mage calls on the power of the great dark beyond. The power of nothingness, the same which spawns voidwalkers and callers. It is not evil, per se. It is simply nothing.
Void mages set themselves apart from their contemporaries through two specific factors. The first is how one gains the powers over the void, and the second is the levels which their powers are divided between.
Void mages can gain the ability to wield void one of two ways. They can be instructed in it, a long and laborious prospect, requiring not only a skill in the magic, but a mentality which can influence such an emptiness to do one's bidding. The second is through the combining of a mortal with a voidwalker themselves. This second method is far easier, but much riskier, for when they take a void walker into themselves, it is only a matter of time before the demon devours them from the inside, turning them into nothing more than a shell, one without ambition, drive, or even thought. Much like necromancy however, not even those instructed in this school are safe from it, and if they use it recklessly or lack control, they well risk the same. Those who fall are known as Hollow Ones, and are a source of both pity and contempt.
The second way in which Void Mages differentiate themselves can best be described as a hierarchy of abilities. The stronger a void mage or more powerful the void walker they have joined with is, the greater the abilities they can call upon will be. There are three different scales of a void mage.
Level 1:
The void mages are able to call upon the powers of gravity and bend it to their will. The ability of this magic and the level of control enabled depends on the skill of the mage, or the strength of the voidwalker fused to the mortal. A regular voidwalker is all that is required for one the be able to achieve this.
Level 2:
Here the Void Mage has gained enough experience and control over the void to 'wear' it. They can call upon the essence of a voidwalker and don pieces of them, armouring themselves by covering say an arm with that of a voidwalker. Not many Void Mages reach such a level of control, and only by being combined with a Void Lord can the uninitiated even hope to scratch such power.
Level 3:
The height of a void mage's potential. At this state they become almost a living black hole. Their very presence - if not under steely control - can cause whole landscapes to shatter and break. Worse, in such a state, if they so desire, they can enforce the Hollowing of others, turning them into empty shells, mere vessels of their wills. Such mages have the ability to feed on all things, and are all but unstoppable. In such a state as well, a Void Mage can very easily lose themselves, and become nothing but pure hunger. Only a very few Void Mages reach such a level of their power, and for those outside of it, they can only reach this level by joining with a Void God. The latter rarely survive the joining intact, and merely become the Hunger.
There are very few void mages in existence, and do not exactly advertise themselves. However, with the advent and shattering of Outland, more have come to being. Many of these were born or grew up in regions close to the edges of Outland, where the void was strongest, and had touched them when they were first forming. Such individuals tend to be 'blunted', as though a vital piece of their vitality were submerged. They seem disconnected from others, and quite often find themselves calling on the power of the void at an early age, as others might with the arcane magics. They are almost invariably lonely individuals, and can find the company of others straining so frequently seek solitude, or those of their own kind.

The Worgen Curse/GIlneans in General
I like to imagine that the Worgen Curse by itself alters the genetic makeup of those affected - but they HAVE to have some kind of druidic background for it to be able to properly affect them (or, maybe, just a lot of exposure to the Scythe, given its location). What I mean is that if a human is affected by the worgen curse, they're effectively a new race - no matter WHICH form they're in - the moment the Curse reaches the point that it can transform them, and that transformation itself is more of a sort of druidic, magical transformation than an actual them becoming a new species through it (I mean, I doubt a worgen in bear form could breed with a bear and produce a bear). That is to say a Gilnean Worgen breeding with another Gilnean Worgen would just make a Gilnean Worgen - regardless of form - and a Gilnean Worgen breeding with an unaffected human would make a half-Gilnean Worgen half-human offspring. The same goes for affect night elves.
Also like to think that the Krennan's cure actually allowed for the Gilnean people to regain their human form as well as their mind, but had to fight every moment to keep from slipping back into their mindless (or maybe even split-personality) worgen state. The reason for them being in worgen form permanently until the final leg of the Gilnean questline is to hammer home the idea that Krennan's cure is not perfect, and that the Gilneans are ACTUALLY struggling with this entire Curse thing - which simply putting you back in human form until you enter a fight wouldn't have properly demonstrated. After the Scythe ritual, the two halves were fused into one soul, and their personality, because of that, became a combination of the human and worgen halves.
On the topic of the Gilnean people themselves, there's a LOT about them growing twice their size and whatnot while in worgen form, I personally think this is merely a matter of game limitations. Given how Genn is described as a "bear of a man" in one of the novels, I like to think that Gilnean humans are just naturally a LOT bitter and bulkier than their Lordaeron or Stormwind counterparts. So the sudden change in size isn't all that radical in actuality.

A few questions Money, not sure if one can question a headcanon, but I will! As we love feedback.
Do void mages metamorph like
High Astromancer Solarian
(astromacer = elven void mage titel?)
The lanterns carried by Voidcallers bridge the realms of the living and the dead, and often attract wayward ghosts and spirits.
-
Lesser Voidcaller
Suggest void have ties with necromancy, or use souls to power stuff. Do void mages have this ability?
Voidlord
and
Lesser Voidcaller
both have barrier spells, Do void mages have this ability?
In
On Nethery Wings
dimensius a ability to become invulnerable to physical and magical attacks as long as his void conduit is up. Do your void mages have the same abilies?
And I'm sorry for asking, but I kinda like void due to it's mystery.
Oh and as of the last round of ask cdev, void is not demonic, as it has been hinted in TBC.

Questions are always welcome, as it helps round out blank spots here and there.
Solarian's metamorphosis is a good example of a second tier void mage ability, that of 'wearing' a voidwalker. She armoured herself completely in that instance, and I would think she'd be a mortal who was joined with a voidwalker, rather than one who was taught void magic.
Not quite. The using of lanterns is more of an effort by the voidwalkers to mimic the abilities of a void god tier ability. It's more of a sort of gravitational pull, and ghosts being ethereal are more easily attracted. However, unlike a void god ability, the lanterns are somewhat hit and miss, whereas a true void god tier ability is almost irresistible, as seen in Oshu'gun with K'ure. So it's less necromancy as much as gravity.
Void mages do indeed. It can take one of two forms. It can be the mage again 'wearing' the voidwalker's essence to shield themselves, but there is also the more refined way of creating a sort of gravitational sink, heightening the resistance of the air in a certain area by concentrating the number of ambient atoms. Unlike say a mage's shield which is throwing something up between the caster and attacker, this is more a method of slowing or weakening the force of a blow rather than defeating it completely.
This one goes back to the previous answer. That's the type of gravity barrier the void mages use. However, it is much mroe powerful, hence why he needed an outside source of power to create it.
And yes, I know void is not demonic. That's why I said that void mages are different from warlocks, but that's a good point to mention.

Allrighty then just a few more.
If void magic is consumed to state the magic addiction, would it give a purple/pink/black eye color as sign of corruption to elves?
Does void magic corrupt the user visibly with for example 'rune wings' that the void callers and void gods posses?
Void zones, the void mages common aoe spell and shadow bolt the single target spell?
Do void mages use a assention ritual like the one used on
Ethereum Nexus-Stalker
as noticed in
S-A-B-O-T-A-G-E
and
Potential for Brain Damage = High
?
Is there void mage/ rogue hybrids (like battle mages) who use void magic for stealth and short range teleportation thrugh the void? (Like hyper drive)

Hmm. Good question. Likely black, or maybe clear and without colour.
That would be another example of 'wearing' void. In most cases the corruption doesn't provoke mutation but rather the hollowing of the person, so the only indication would be a gradual listlessness and disinterest in the world around them. Once a person is fully hollowed they they just stop completely, like a car without any gas or fuel.
Void Mages usually focus more on gravitational magics but do cross into shadow now and then, so shadow bolts are a yes and likewise void zones.
That ritual is the sort of thing employed when a mortal is combined with a voidwalker.
There can be. Those who were born near the broken areas or near the void itself like the great dark beyond usually have an inherent ability to use void magic. Though they may lack the training to use true void magic, they could tap into it for use as rogues, although short range teleportation might be more difficult. That's more in the vein of blink spells rather than void magic.

Undead Using the Light
Despite popular conceptions, the undead are capable of using the Light. However, it causes such utter agony they quickly stop, or only use it rarely lest it drive them insane from the constant pain.
However, the Light can usually only be directed outwardly by individuals in harmful ways. This is due more to the will of the user than the will of the Light itself, as seen by the Scarlet Crusade. Thus, when an undead uses the Light on themselves, they suffer no physical damage, though the mental strain of basically burning alive often destroys the mind, particularly with the dulling if not outright loss of feeling many undead undergo, causing the mental trauma to be even more severe.

Trolls are Earth elementals.
Back during the primal era of azeroth when the elements fought with the side of the old gods who warred against each other. the first use of teh curse of flesh was not on titan creations, but on earth elementals who turned into trolls.
Trolls and Mogu
The trolls during the Zandalri era when the world was one had connections with the mogu empire. The trolls assisted the mogu with their war against the mantid. And the trolls after loosing their lives to mantid sound guns began to use wood armor. Becouse sonic doesn't work against wood, and this made trolls use wood armor and wood masks to this day. Also the mogu rewarded the trolls with regeneration from their blood magics.
Origin of elves
The night elves where originally night sabers, who evolved into some looking like saberon (who titans for their experiments added to draenor) then into night elves. They where nocturnal and sneaky. One may wonder if the night elves where even able to hide from the titans sight with their natural shadowmeld.
Origin of the Naaru
The Narru is a creation of a ancient race on a far away planet who where able with their technology, bend void gods into rune like crystal beings who where named Narru. The Narru where demed success until they returned as void gods. The Narru returned as beings of light and used the technology of their creators to leave their home. The Narru have no technological advancements on their own.

Sufficiently analyzed magic is indistinguishable from science.
Some mortals possess the ability to utilize the force of magic to change reality, but this requires either great understanding and perception (for example, a mage), or great intuition (a sorcerer). All magical phenomena are natural (as opposed to supernatural), and operate by intrinsic laws and principles that can be discovered by a thorough enough analysis. Spells are cast by manipulation of mana within the framework of these scientific principles.
Shadow
The Cult of the Forgotten Shadow, and its shadow priest adherents, derive their power from an at least partially correct belief that all mortals are partially divine. Skreel Shadowbender, my OC shadow bishop, believes that the Light is one unconscious half of a great god (basically a huge, omnipotent superego), with the Shadow, composed of the conscious desires and thoughts of all mortals (making it the ego), composing the other half. The Shadow is the power to decide and shape reality through ones thoughts and decisions, while the Light is the moral guide defining right and wrong.
Powerful shadow priests exhibit strong reality warping and mind-based abilities, and shadow ascendants have been described as physical gods, leading me to believe that there must be some basis to this belief.
