I only use Steam because Team Fortress 2 requires it. It is literally the only game I have on it. And I don't even play it that often. Steam is the only digital distribuitor I have ever used just because I like to have the games on physical support.I don't have the money or the time to buy or play any other games besides WoW and a few others.
I use Steam because I love finding game bundles for super cheap. I've used Origin but only because I was forced to in order to play Mass Effect.
counter strike 1.6 on steam
Well, I only use steam when it comes to free games like tf2 and stuff, If I did have the money I would totaly go and buy/download content.
I only use Steam all of the other have too much DRM.
I don't really use Steam. I dislike having to use a login and/or internet connect to play my games, though I do like the ability to redownload games and the fact that, well, you don't need a physical copy. (Though the download thing is a bit of a moot point on my slow as molasses internet - we download them once and leave them on the external harddrive.) I use my boyfreind's account on occasion if I do want to buy something.

I use steam since its just convenient.
Ive rarely used Steam and others like it. There have been times when I have wanted to go back and play older games, such as Monkey Island, and Loom. I find its good for that. Im not much into the "modern" games. I do find Steam to be quick and painless in relation to getting the product to the customer.
Only steam and not very often. I love wow and play it as my core to other games. But even a game as good as wow can get frustrating so i play Don't starve or minecraft. Thank you at wowhead for all the great things keep it up!
No, not really, I buy physical copies if possible. WoW xpacs are the only games I purchase digitally.
Never used steam, although my son has done (yes, old people play WoW too :-P ). I tend to be a one game person, for now ... that's WoW :-)
I use Steam a lot (~30 games owned). Games are cheap (usually I wait for great steam sales) and easy to get. I can wishlist items so people know games I'm interested in getting and they can easily gift them via Steam's interface. MoP was a digital purchase for me, as was Cata. Having the physical media isn't as important to me with games as it is to some people. Yeah, not being able to give away titles when I'm done with them is a bit annoying, but it isn't a dealbreaker (obviously)
The one-and-only game for me is WoW. Also the only game I have on my computer. I try to get a physical copy, because when I hang it on my wall I feel a sense of success that I can buy something for 40 dollars and still not be broke. It's a nice feeling.
I don't, my stone age connection makes it much more convenient to just pick up a boxed copy.
I love wow and cinder kittens :D
I use Steam. The convenience of being able to download at my fingertips, plus the insane sales it has make it perfect to use. I can use PayPal or a gift card or a credit card and it is so convenient. I'm new to WoW so I'm still using steam a lot. Thank you in advance for the pet!
