I use steam occasionally, I love the convenience and the sales they often have.
I use steam but only when it is absolutely required because the game MUST be purchased through them, a'la Portal.
I use origin and steam because they often give really great discounts. Steam and origin would often have a different set of games on discount, hence the usage of those two.
Steam only cause I never buy games from stores any more.
I usually just play WoW, I'd rather not get into that kind of stuff. WoW is very fun and interesting to play and I like the game very much.
I use Steam. I bought a copy of Half-Life (or a key, I can't remember), and created an account with Steam to download the game as well as Counter Strike.I eventually stopped using Steam.I built a new computer, and Battlefield 2 came with my video card. I enjoyed it, and when the Euro Force pack came out, I created an account for EA's download service in order to purchase and use Euro Force.I eventually stopped using the EA service.A long time later, I purchased a Civilization 5 DVD, but it seemed to require Steam. I'd rather not use Steam, but after guessing several times, I guessed my password and username. I can appreciate a unified service for distribution of game updates, but I'd like to have as few applications running in the background as possible, especially if they are always connected to the internet.
Yes, mostly because I have friends who use it.
I have steam but rarely use it. Other services I have used was pretty much just GoG. I just don't have a lot of money right now, so I can't buy games when I want. That being said, Steam has amazing sales, so it's hard to not have steam and miss out on super deep discounts.
This post was from a user who has deleted their account.
I use steam mostly for DotA 2 and I do play a lot.Got EA's Origin as well for simcity 2013 but its a disaster and uninstalled it almost immediately.

Yes, I do use. But only, because those games are avalaible through these services, like CoD, Battlefield. Assassins Creed.I use Origin, Steam and Uplay.
I don't use those services because there haven't been any games available for them that have been interesting enough to download
have never tried it.
Have used Steam, not a huge fan of it though
Steam. Got few games in it and it's helpful to get new games fast and easy.
I don't use Steam or any other consistent digital download service. If iTunes counts, I've downloaded software for school and a few games. I'd use Steam if Warcraft 1 and 2 were available, though.
I use steam and I think it is really good, I use it to play some indie games and some more bigger titles with friends. I have tried the EA one and I don't care for it really.
