Character: Gurka
Location: Feralas
Dag'rema angrily regarded the elf. She couldn't answer no; that would mean her death. The only reason Rotha and Vashadya had stood up for her before was because they thought she could become someone else. But answering yes would mean a whole slew of other unpleasantness.
"Yesss..." she hissed quietly. "Yes, I can change. If you'll spare my life I will change," she fumed.
The fire around Gurka's fists subsided. "Then you must give up Fel."
"I can stop serving the Legion without giving up Fel," Dag'rema protested. "You'll just be putting me through unnecessary pain if you force me to give it up."
"No," Gurka responded sternly. "No, I know that as long as you're using Fel, you'll just be waiting for your act to convince us to let you go free, and then you'll go running right back to the Legion. No Fel."
Dag'rema looked pleadingly up at Vashadya.

Vashadya sighed and rubbed her forehead, thinking. Perhaps Gurka was right in this case - the priestess not being entirely certain on the fel magic front herself, having more experience when it came to shadow magic - however the night elf was equally uncertain whether the shaman could be considered a balanced source on the topic of demonic magics either.
"I cannot promise you will be allowed to keep using your magic, not until we see genuine evidence of you attempting to change your ways first," Vashadya told Dag'rema, knowing it would not be the answer the warlock wanted to hear, "but I can promise to try and help alleviate some of the pain, should it come to it."

Dag'rema huffed furiously. "Fine..." she spat at last, glaring at Gurka.
Gurka did not smile, but she at least let her scowl settle into a more neutral expression.

Varyn gasped as the sudden tension gripping his muscles fled. The mage fell forward onto his knees in sudden weakness, sweat matting his snow white hair and beading his brow. A shadow fell over him. Mordecai's huge hands stretched down to help the mage back up, his armoured bulk pointedly between Varyn and the ParCon agents.
"Well!" Sir Woecce cried genially, swinging himself around widely causing the ice in his scotch to ring against the glass. "Jolly good show gentlemen! Applause all around! Now, we'd best be off then."
"Sir Woecce?" Illuminated in the glow from the door through space, Sir Woecce turned to look at Damocles, the younger man's head still bowed within the shadows of his hat and high collar. Eyes gleamed from the darkness. "The..." Damocles paused as he considered what to call Snowmane now. "The
woman
was assaulted by Scratch."
A sudden sharpness overcame Sir Woecce, his golden eye settling on Damocles. There it remained even as he turned to regard Snowmane.
"I...See." Turning to face the worgen fully, Sir Woecce advanced, with a friendly, jovial look. "Miss Bloodhowl! How fare you today? Might we speak." His eye of flesh flashed to the others while the one of gold riveted itself on the worgen. "Alone."

Snowmane stared at the man sourly. "You do understand that your organization has been attempting to murder and/or torture me for more than a month now, yes?" she asked. "I only ask so that you might appreciate my conversation in the proper context. What do you wish to speak about?"
Malice walked up to Damocles, keeping her eyes on the worgen.

"Yes yes," Sir Woecce said, taking Snowmane by the shoulder and gently leading her away from the group. "Forgive Damocles. He's a bit..." Rolling his hand he attempted to find a word that might soften the man's actions. "...Overzealous. But don't worry about him, he won;t bother you anymore. Ah, here's a rock. And another! Oh what fun! Let's sit down. My knees don't handle the cold too well. Old age you know." Gently reclining on a stone, Sir Woecce gestured for Snowmane to do the same. "Yes, yes. No! Not that one! That one. That one there. Sit there. Oh!" he remarked brightly. "Are those tiny sandwiches?"
Damocles tapped a beat against his leg with the barrel of his shotgun, watching fixedly the two figures who had departed. Their words were lost to him, the icy wind swirling them away into the nether. He was not unaware that he was, in turn, being watched by the two other ParCon agents who had come with Sir Woecce.
Recovering slowly, Varyn rose with Mordecai's help. Shaking his head, the mage blinked away the cold and looked towards Malice and Damocles. Steeling himself, he made to approach.

Snowmane sat down and tossed the bag of sandwiches to the eccentric man. "Take them, by all means," she offered, though her wary expression betrayed any hospitality her words carried. "Now how can I help your lovely organization today? I'm absolutely capable of looking past your putting of holes in my daughter."
"Yo̸u̸ ̡k͝n͞ow ̡what she͟ i̸s͠," Malice whispered, circling around Damocles. "͞I͝ k͟no̕w ̛y̴o̢u st҉il͠l ͝wan͜t ̨her̴ dęa͘d̴,̸ a͝nd̷,̷ ̛as͟ ̷luck sh̸ou͏l̕d ̛h͜a̡ve ͏i͘t,̶ ͏so ͢wou̸ld́ ͘I̡.͞ ͞Let̴ m͟e ̵ki̴ll͟ ̵h͡e̸r, and ͢t́hen͠ yo̷u ̴can̴ ̶pu̕t ͏t͞he͞ ̛blam̕e ͝o͟n ́m͞e.͠"

"Be quiet would you," Damocles replied solidly, his breath ghosting in the cold air.
"Miss Malice?" Varyn posed, halting several steps away.
Catching the bag Sir Woecce gave the contents a curious perusal before placing it beside his seat. "Hm. Yes. Well, I was rather wondering what the man called Scratch said to you." Sir Woecce leaned back. He stared into his half full glass of brandy, giving it a quick swirl. Despite this his gold and glass eye remained riveted to Snowmane as though scrutinizing her every motion for hidden meanings.

Vashadya looked between the two with a neutral expression, though her eyes betrayed the strain she felt, then slowly turned away. "Shall we return now?" the priestess inquired, surveying the way she had come.

"Lead the way," Gurka replied, gesturing for Dag'rema to follow Vashadya. Dag'rema scornfully obeyed, and Gurka took up the rear.
Kitanga looked at Rotha, and then back at Leaf-Pelt. She didn't feel she was in a position to say anything one way or the other. This seemed like an elf thing, after all.
Character: Snowmane, Malice

"To be honest, I can't really remember," Snowmane answered. "I was pretty drunk the first time he spoke with me, and besides that, he didn't make much sense," she went on. "He mentioned that he was going to stab me at some point in the future, and that he could permanently change the timeline to undo certain events. Then the next time I met him, he was trying to stab me."
"Yes͜, ́l͠ov̀ę?" Malice answered, grinning still. "Ho̵w ҉c͞aǹ Í he̢lp͜ ̀yo̡u t̢ǫdąy?"

Leaf-Pelt turned to Rotha so she could look her niece in the eyes. "As I walked the dream I learned much about your goddess and her ways and I respect those that follower her guiding light." She said her tails floating around her. "And I know that this spirit is my eldest sister Nightbane and I want to help her find peace."
