Quasiglobal howled furiously. He banged the end of his hammer on the floor, the constellation above him shuddering at the blow and pausing in their motions.
"I think we might regret that," Leo said tightly as at least three small planetoids fell from the ceiling, striking the floor around the construct with heavy clangs.

"The sky is falling. I am terrified," Cassidy deadpanned. He cleared his throat again, "My

Character

"I'm worried, though," Vincent admitted. "Remember the Spideyland? You mastered the staff practically from the get go. The damn kids can be smart enough to pull something like that."

Isaac facepalmed, "Any second now she'll be done. Just endure it, Zach."
The half-Eredar hoped fervently that his friend would be too weirded out to like what was happening.

"Oh come bloody on now," Borwayne scowled when he sighted the Faceless One.
"Home onto my signature, we're out of here," Lisciel snarled, kneeling to place a hand on Zyrith. He began drawing in the energy needed for a gateway incantation, letting it go through himself and back out, its tendrils engulfing the other elves.
Though in theory Esteban was given ample time to shift back into the material plane where he would be snatched by the archmage's sorcery, the beast of the Old Gods was the trump card that threw the Retrieval Squad's plans into a disarray; as it broke through the shield - after continually battering at it with virtually no effect, no less - the spell went off prematurely, yanking the elves away - most of them, but not everyone.
The severing of the threads connecting him to the archmage sent Esteban flying across the corridor, away from the Faceless One. The Blood Mage smacked into a wall and his vision darkened.

"I prefer to think of myself as more skilled than they are," Serenade deadpanned, allowing himself a small smile. "But in all seriousness, they only possessed the Catalyst. Without any of the others, it's useless."
He strode over to a map on the wall and tapped Feralas. "Dire Maul is where the next one is, according to the journal. We can journey there, lie in wait and ambush them, seizing the artifact and moving to the next." He folded his arms, nodding to the staff lying against the wall. "I feel that, once you get one artifact, it becomes easier and easier to get them. We use them as stooges to get one or two, take them, then take the others."

"Silence you gak! ADORABLE FLUFFY PUPPY! HERE!" The construct suddenly raised his hammer, electricity coiling and reaching from its head. "CATCH!" With an earth shattering clang, the construct struck one of the planetoids. The orb, easily as tall as Leo, barreled towards the group, sparking electricity all the while.

We have, in our possession, several of your compatriots. I suggest keeping a distance from this facility. The next time one of you sets foot in our tunnels, we will execute the agents.
I remain yours,
As always,

"Of course, master." Sasha bowed obediantly. She glanced at Evan. "Where should we begin, you think?"
Alana Greyfang
Eldre'Thalas
Between her still pumping adrenaline and fear, Alana drew her swords in a heartbeat and brought them around; metal shimmering in the dim light and illuminating the female Elf.
The Half-Dragon's eyes narrowed, seemingly not in the mood for another bout of action before she could at least relax. "If you would kindly get off him?"
Silvia Lightdoom, Ferin Hopewell

Tirisfal Glades
The ghoul and skeleton stood still for a moment; looking at the massive blight thrower. On either side, massive arms pulled back in order to fling blight over tall walls and seige the enemy; huge gattling guns prividing protection on the front.
"Hey!" A Deathstalker paused atop his undead horse. "Back to work!" He shouted.
"Gah..." Marrow poorly fakes a mindless mumble; moving to the vehicals along with Bicep. The Forsaken nodded; continuing his patrol of the staging area.
"Anything about the Bulwark?" The Skeletal mage asked.
"I heard it just made Sylvannas angrier... find Articular and get word back for information." Marrow grumbled in response.
Bicep nodded; wandering off slowly.
Vira Darkbreeze, Forsaken Rebels
Darrowshire
Vira looked up from her pacing as a gout of flame exploded upwards suddenly within the town hall, several guards drawing their weapons.
The flaming skull spun for a momen; glancing around. "OH! Heya toots!" He commented; suddenly stopping as the Dark Ranger narrowed her eyes. "Oh, uh, I mean Lady Darkbreeze."
"I trust you bring news?" She questioned.
"Oh you bet, they've got the whole shebang; Blight, Cannons, everything and invading army could-"
"You can fill me in on the way." Vira stated; heading out and grabbing Articular from mid-air to carry along in her hand.
"WOAH! On the way there?" The skull suddenly shouted.
"Light's Hope... time is of the essance."

Character: Loki
Location: Ironforge
Loki mulled about the shop as more robots began to clean up and other workers started to show up once they heard the news. "Any good news?" Loki asked as a gnome walked up to him carrying a clip board.
"Little sir. It's going to take awhile to sort threw the warehouse and whatever hit the fuse box melted the wires together shorting all out equipment out." He said.
"How long to get it fixed?" Loki asked with a sigh.
"Unless we can get more of the spider-bots back it's going to take a least a week to get the essential stuff running." The gnome said pointing to the robots.
"Do you have anything good to say?" Loki said as he picked up a small sphere of metal that was Mr. Wibbles power core.
"They didn't hit any of our vehicles so we can still get them out on time." He said. "And they didn't hit the airfield so we can keep working on the ships there." He added.
"At least it's something." Loki replied.

John Lawfall, Dragonhunters
Blades Edge Mountains
The cliff side had once been a Skyguard Outpost. Now, however, it served as the base of operations for the Dragonhunters. Massive spires of shaped rock stretched upwards; decorated with the bones of fallen Dragons. A massive ornate Drake carved of obsidian stretched its wings to the sky; guarding the landing pad below that the Netherrays settled on.
John hopped off first, dusting himself off. Cracking his neck, he started inside and down the main hallway.
It wasn't long before he was in a large room, a soft blue glow filling it as monitors illuminated the darkness; projected onto crystals and having their light shed around the circular space.
"You almost got your men killed out there, sergent..." A voice commented; the figure stepping up from the other side of the room.
Massive armored hooves rested against the ground, leading upwards and expanding into the massive Draenei man. He was armored from head to tail in segmented metal plates; an off-white in color, but taking on a blue hue in the room's lighting.
From the the holes in his helmet, yellow light glowed as he stared at John. After a moment, there was a popping sound and the segments receded into each other; the helmet withdrawing into the rest of the suit. On the back of the suit was a large plug; going straight into the man's spinal cord, and leading out with a long cable that ended in a thick handle. From the handle, a device sprouted that resembled a fluorescent light fixture without the light, and plated in metal that was the same off-white as his armor.
"We've seen worse." John shrugged.
"And that's what worries me." Captain Brightsky sighed; rubbing his head.

Lana walked threw the hallway and climbed a set of stairs up two floors till she reached another hallway and walked down stopping in front of a door and opened it walking threw to reveal a small bedroom with two beds in it each with a trunk and dresser with a mirror. Sitting on one of the beds was another female dreanei with long black hair pulled back into a ponytail and horns that curved back along her head and she was wearing brown linen clothes. "How did it go?" Lexa asked as she looked up from the book she was reading when she heard her sister walk in.
"Frustrating. They keep making stupid mistakes and throwing themselves into danger." She sighed throwing herself onto the bed and rolled over to face her sister propping herself up with her arm. "How about you?" She asked.
"Just the usual injuries today. Burns and broken bones." Lexa replied.

"Dire Maul was rebuilt, wasn't it?" the swordsman pointed out. "Could be that what we seek is under lock and key already - in which case we can hardly count on the youngsters to retrieve it for us."
Character
: Azazel Ashwood
Location
: Eldre'Thalas
"If they have it, then all we can do is try and warn them of the danger," Isaac mused. "No way they're just gonna give something like that away to a bunch of someone like us, and I doubt we can get past their security without making a huge mess."
Character

Walter leaned forward, drowning a button on a control panel to activate the intercom.
"My dear Sure, my friend January, magnificently done - both of you. This baptism of fire has gone splendidly. Would you kindly transfer our remaining guests to their cells? I can only begin to imagine just how much all the information hidden within the minds of these special agents is worth."
Character
: Lisciel Dawnchaser, Turinhil Dawnchaser
Location

As the retrieval squad returned to Silvermoon, Lisciel had to struggle to contain a particularly vicious curse. When the letters sprang to life above Zyrith, the archmage let out a frustrated howl.
"Get the injured to the hospital," he snapped. "Clarissa, see to Master Dawncry."
The white enchantress nodded and knelt next to Zyrith, opening herself to the Light so that It could flow through her into the fallen rogue.
Turin mulled his peer's words over for a short while.
"Yeah," he said slowly, a warm smile appearing on his face, "You're probably right - at the very least, I sure hope that you are - and past is past."

John Lawfall, Captain Brightsky, Dragonhunters
Blades Edge Mountains
John tipped his hat, seemingly not willing to respond to the Captain.
"I'm sure I don't need to tell you this operation is starting to go downhill..." The Captain stated. "We've lost a lot of Hunters recently."
"They must have been getting sloppy." John grinned. "I don't make that mistake."
"They weren't getting sloppy, John!" Brightsky stated, an air of authority about his voice. "When we first started this, we mostly just had Drakes to worry about; few full grown Dragons escaped the purge back on Azeroth." He explained. "We culled out the weak ones and forced the smarter ones to bunker down and hide..."
The Draenei sighed, stepping around the room slightly, his back now turned to John as he looked at one of the screens. A map of Blades Edge and Netherstorm, marked off with the sites of found Dragons; skull representing just them, well the occasional egg represented a nest. "They've been growing, and breeding. That was our third nest in just this month." He stated.
"Then we're gonna have to snuff them out before those whelps start growing up." The sergent commented.
"You're going to have to be more careful is what you'll have to do." The captain replied; turning and looking John in the eyes. "Do I make myself clear."
The two stared at eachother for a long moment, eyes locked.
"Yes sir." John eventually saluted.
"Good then, dismissed." Brightsky nodded, letting the sergent turn and leave the room; grumbling.
Zara Felblaze, Felblood Elves
Netherstorm
"Well?" The Felblaze questioned as his forces sifted through the former base.
"The forces of the Light appear to have shut down the facility..." One of the Elves explained. "But the tubes have yet to be dismantled."
Felblaze grinned. "Good then, I want our forces securing the points where they drill down, so we can't be stopped. And get this facility up and running again."
"Of course, my lord." The Elf nodded; rushing off.
Felblaze looked upwards at the pipes leading out of the building, grinning. Kael's forces had used them to empty this land of magic... he would use them to refill it.
Balah'Amin
Ironforge
Balah nodded. "Okay, thanks." She called; rushing off.
